La Belle Shoppe
« on: April 08, 2013, 04:05:07 pm »
Hey Gtalkers!

Anyone here tried La Belle Shoppe products?

Their bestsellers are the Rejuvenating set and Collagen set.
I think similar sa Beauche yung rejuvenating set where there is micropeeling.

Mas interested ako sa collagen set nila. I asked what the ingredients of the collagen soap and cream are and ang sagot lang sakin ay 'only our chemists know that'.

Im amazed at the Collagen results (no peeling!) but very skeptical kasi I dont know the chemicals in them. Baka may mercury or something. Also, they claim to be FDA approved.

If anyone has tried their products, please share your experiences!

hello sissies! I have purchased their rejuv set, collagen set and whitening set.

haven't tried using the collagen set kasi rejuv set pa lang ako. sabi kasi, after rejuv set siya gagamitin. parang maintenance. infairness sa rejuv set ha! feel na feel ko ang effect! hahaha. kasi naman super hapdi niya sa mukha at nagbabalat yung face ko. nag stop ako for a few days kasi bago lang ako sa mga ganitong beauty products. pero ang lambot nung face ko at ang smooth. I have minimal pimple marks so nung tinanong ko yung seller, better daw na rejuv set ang gamitin ko. I'm using it for a couple of weeks na. nagstop lang ako nung holy week kasi super init sa province then nagresume na ako ulit.

yung whitening, di ko masabi kasi morena talaga ako (or should i say NEGRA!). hahahaha! but napansin ko na naglilighten na yung elbows ko. ayun kasi ang target ko talaga e. :)

okay naman siya. you can give it a try sisters. approachable naman yung seller. as in sasagutin niya mga questions mo. :)

Mukhang promising.. Gusto ko try yung acne set, pero di ko malaman kung acne / rejuvenating / clarifying ang dapat ko use kasi hindi naman super dami ng pimples ko. :P

siguro okay yung rejuv or collagen set sayo. sakin kasi, collagen lang since yaw ko na may peeling and pamumula sa face. pag rejuv set, may peeling  and pagpula pero effective naman daw..

I just got the Rejuvenating set (P350 + the famous collagen cream for P250) yesterday and started using it last night, excited creature that I am. I suspect that the "rejuvenating soap" is kojic acid soap (something I've used before) since it's orange, smells citrusy and has that slightly drying effect. The rejuvenating toner smells strongly of alcohol and I felt slight stinging sensation when it came in contact with pimples. The bleaching cream is verrrrrry thick and almost hard to apply/spread but did not irritate my skin. The sunblock gel reminds me of a slightly more viscous Celeteque water-based moisturizer. Made my face oily after a coupla hours, not that I mind much.

Anyway, I stumbled upon a review of Rejuvenating Set earlier. I thought, finally a review! To my surprise, it was not the set from La Belle Shoppe, but from another online store called Professionalskin CareFormula. I checked, and their products are virtually identical save for the branding and packaging. Oh, and La Belle Shoppe sells them at a much higher price (mark-up, perhaps?). :o And the clincher? The lab pictures:

I kinda feel ripped off, you know? I mean, they're probably the same products but the other shop sold the same set for just P170. That's less than half of what I paid La Belle Shoppe. Tsk. Not really a large amount, but still. Oh well. Charge to experience na lang. I just hope it works na lang para masulit naman. ;)

EDIT:
I just saw that the other shop has a collagen cream too (they call it Collagen w/ Elastin Cream) and a 10g pot costs just P40 with a buy 10 take 2 promo to boot. And I paid P250 for mine, which is probably the same thing. Geez.

And no, I am not a La Belle Shoppe hater or basher. On the contrary I was in awe of their products before this. I am just a regular consumer with a stalker-like brand of curiosity that lead to the aforementioned discoveries. :P

Thank you TS! I'm about to send my payment tomorrow for the Rejuv Set. Just like other sisses, I asked the seller first what's the ingredients ng products nya and she said the same thing, chemist lang ang may alam. The orange soap, I asked her directly if it's Kojic, sinabi naman nya na oo. With Professional Skin Care Formula, matagal ko na rin alam na they exist pero when I discovered them before hindi pa sila nagbebenta ng retail. Wholesale talaga and with minimum purchase pa. Good thing they are selling in retail now. :)

Follow up post:

With sis blackshirt13's post re: Professional Skin Care Formula's products, nagresearch tuloy ulit ako. And found this store selling the same products at a very low price. For those who are interested, you might want to check out on her shop.

I'm happy to find this thread because I came across La Belle in IG and the testimonials are very convincing but after reading through their statements how the peeling goes, medyo natakot ako so I started to research about them and found this thread.

Good point: Why don't they put the ingredients in their packaging when they claim to be BFAD approved. I have seen other skin products in the market that offers the same effects and THEY DO PUT THE LABELS, why can't they?

Any updates?
