We purchased a condo with eton - North belton in quirino hway. Napaka substandard ng materials at sobrang tagal ng turnover.. Most of the residents including me have buyer's remorse.. a friend of mine purchased a h&l worth 6M n hanggang ngayon eh d p rin nauumpisan na supposedly ang turnover eh nung jan2013.. Super disappointed kame with eton.

We bought at the development in Laguna-South Lake City.End of 2014 pa turn over  sa amin ng land, tsaka pa lang pwede patayuan ng house.We checked the townhouses in QC (the one in Roces Avenue) before that, I think ok naman yung deliverable finishings,quality naman kaso maliit for us.Depende yata sa projects nila kasi both the townhouses and land/subdivisions nila mukhang okay naman.Mas professional lang kausap mga Ayala/Alveo agents, obserba ko lang.
