^hi sis, I can't find kase the requirements for retired applicants/senior citizen. I checked the site several times pero wala ako makita kaya I asked here. Baka anyone of you here has same situation as this at mabigyan nyo ako ng info.

^Sis is your aunt getting pension? If not, san niya nakukuha yung source of income niya? If she has pension, proof that she's getting pension. Yun nalang yung nakikita kong pwede pa niyang ibigay na document.

My friend and I submitted the application for Korean Visa this week for travel in October. Hopefully ma approve na sya next week.. Fingers crossed. Excited na din ako. What are the chances na ma reject kaya ang visa sa Korea pag ok naman ang requirements?

Yes. There's no specific checklist of requirements for retirees. I am in the midst of collecting my parents' docs, too. There's a paragraph on the visa procedure PowerPoint though that states if one cannot present the basic requirements of employment cert, and itr, need to present a pension certificate from official agencies.

I was able to easily get one from the military for my father. For my mom, yesterday, SSS asked my auntie pa to show a checklist from the embassy.. Since wala ngang specific for retirees, I printed the parts of the visa procedure and highlighted the words pertaining to pensioners. They finally accepted and issued the certificate. 1st applicant ever daw nila mom ko for the Korean embassy. Haha. Mind you walang dala auntie ko when she showed up. Just my mom's sss ID and the membership data form. I asked her to go back after 2hours. Luckily we live near the main office or else super hassle.

OC mode lang din in filing. My parents' 3rd time na in Seoul and they have existing US and Australia visas. And lots of other immigration stamps. Got my hubby's employment cert na rin today (for my own use) , which seals everything. Off to the embassy on Monday.

Apply na kami sa Monday. Hopefully we'll all be granted visas.

When my mom applied for visa, she just submitted her SSS ID , senior citizen ID and bank certification.  Na approved naman :-)

Sis flygirl, they are open today. We submitted our docs kanina. I called up before we went to make sure. Will return by Friday to get our passports, hopefully approved lahat. 😉

^Oh really? Madami bang tao? Too bad. I postponed our trip to the embassy today. Di ko na pinapasok driver ko baka mahirapan bumiyahe sa floods. Will do so tomorrow instead...or else wala na namang offices sa Wed. Hinahabol ko pa naman agoda rates ng ninetree. Today nakalagay last room na eh I need 2...for November pa. Sheesh. ^plan ko rin sana today kaso lang sobrang baha na sa amin. sana bukas maging okay na ang panahon, kundi, sa thursday pa kami nito.. yung COE nyo ba tinanggal nyo pa yung envelope or okay lang na isama yun?

^^sis bebeloo, we removed the COE from its envelope. We also did not staple the documents together. Basta naka-arrange lang sya according to the list ptovided by the embassy sa website nila (visa requirements). Yung girl na sa window 3 ang nag staple ng docs together after nya i-scan one by one.

I know, right? Grabe seems like the rains are harder today than yesterday! Nakikiramdam lang ako leaving in a while for the embassy. OT na. =)  stay safe everyone!
