hello, na approved na korean visa ko. weird lang yung friend ko na may Dubai visa na and same lang kami halos ng travel (except Dubai)
is hiningan pa ng Diploma, TOR at letter addressed to the school authorizing the embassy to check her school record. Ano kaya basehan nila dun?
Anyone experienced that? And gaano ulit katagal ang process? Sa Sept 6 na kasi alis naming. =/ Thanks! =)

anyway papunta na kami bukas sa seoul then jeju island after!

hi sisses. pacheck naman po ng itinerary namin. 2 days lang kami sa seoul. then jeju for 3 days.

Day 1

11:00am - arrive at Incheon Airport
12:00 - 1:00pm - Airport to Myeongdong (ano ulit yung bus na dapat sakyan sisses?)
1:00 - 2:00 pm - eat lunch then check in to Namsan 2
3:00 pm - Hanbok experience (san meron nito sa myeongdong?)
4:00 pm - shopping in myeongdong
5:30 pm - Seoul Tower then dinner
8:00 pm Cheonggyecheon stream

Day 2

10:00 am - Gyeongbukgong Palace (sa opinion niyo sisses ito pinakaworth it na puntahang palace?)
                     then to blue house
12:00 pm - Lunch
1:30 pm - Bukchon Hanok Village
3:00 pm onwards - Dongdaemun, Hongdae, Gangnam to walk around lang
And maybe at night will try the spa.
I still don't know how to get to this places. haha

For Day 1:

Hanbok experience - Seoul Global Culture & Tourism Center in M Plaza

Day 2:
Never been to that palace. Isang palace lang napasukan ko, kasi same lang din naman daw makikita. Sa Deoksugung Palace lang kami pumunta kasi may changing of the guards dun.

Parang magkakalayo yung Dongdaemun, Hongdae at Gangnam.... Pero if your planning to go to all three, heres my suggestion:

My suggestion would be to:
3PM - 7PM: U-belt tour: Ehwa and Hongdae, magkakalapit lang mga yan. Ehwa is the place to buy girly clothes na medyo mura in terms of price in Seoul. Hongdae, nandun Hello Kitty at Trick Eye.

7:PM - 10 PM: Gangnam Area for Dinner

10PM - : Bukas ang Dongdaemun usually til 4AM or 5AM ata except Sunday. Pero may ibang malls dun na til 12 lang. Pero yun, this is the place for late night shopping.

Sis glamorous_aisha, if you decide to go to Gyeongbokgung, check the sched for the free guided tour in English. It's about 45mins. Then from Gyeongbokgung, if you have time, you can also drop by the National Folk Museum compound, me isang exit dun na lusot sa Folk Museum.

Question, sino na sanyo nag jeju. mas practical ba na 1st night is sa Seogwipo City mag stay then 2nd night sa Jeju City na
since magkakalayo tourist spots di ba?

^^ mga 1 hour kami sa bukchon tapos inikot na rin namin katabing places after. dun na kami naghanap ng resto for lunch tapos lakad ulit going to gyeongbokgung palace.

atat na naman ako sa pagpunta namin next year!!!

^Spring and Autumn are the best times to visit Korea. Months of April-May, Sept-Oct. Summers can be hot and winters can be harsh but if snow is a new experience for you, Dec-early Feb, ok din.

As for budget, cannot comment on that. Depende rin sa every traveller eh. Maybe the others here can help you on it.

Finalizing documents collection this week and submitting our visa applications on Monday for our Nov trip. Good thing it's a holiday here in QC so I've less mommy duties that day. Hoping to have them released within the usual 3 days so I can fix my visa for my Sept trip to Brisbane. =)

hi sisses, inquiry lang on the requirements for visa, one is 2316 or ITR, if mag apply ako ng visa this september for our November trip, can I submit a photocopy of my 2012 ITR? since filing of tax is annual thanks in advance!

additional questions, can we already apply for visa before September? thanks

hi @huit  ganyan din yung sa friend ka napatagal lang yung sa kanya kasi hindi nila ma verify sa school nang friend ko kasi ngakataon enrollment noon ..ang sasabihin lang nila sayo pag na follow up kayo about visa  i pa  followup mo school mo..pero after naman nila ma verify mabilis na yung process.ang naging basehan nila doon sa friend kaya need nila yun kasi 1 month palang sya my work...

OMG OMG! GOOD NEWS!!!

kapag nakapagtravel ka na once, you may be granted one-year multiple entry visa. pag twice, three-year multiple entry visa and then if you were previously granted a three-year multiple entry visa, you may be granted a 5-year multiple entry visa.

just got back from seoul and jeju. thank you for your suggetsions sisses. hindi ko masyadong na-enjoy yung seoul pang-shopping lang talaga siya. pero yung jeju sobrang enjoy. kulang talaga 3 days. malaki yung island. kung wala kayong sasakyan maganda nga siguro 1 night sa jeju city then 1 night in seogwipo city. pero i recommend renting a car mahirap magcommute. sayang oras.

Hi guys,

Need your comments/inputs lang on this:

My hubby's aunt will be travelling with us to Korea. For visa application po, eto lang ang mga documents na meron sya:
1. original valid passport
2. valid US visa
3. Senior Citizen's ID (she's more than 60 years old na po)
4. land title
5. bank certificate

Enough na po ba kung iyan lang ang documents na isa-submit for her application? Or do we need to provide additional documents like pension certificate, etc.?

By the way, single po (old maid)... so not available din po yung documents ng spouse. She will shoulder expenses of her trip din po.
