sis ehlabart, yung saken pinakuha ako ng mga ganung requirements kahit voluntary nako ngayon. ang explanation nila on my case, kasi ofw at walang nakarenew na contract, considered separated yun kahit technically naka indefinite leave lang naman ako. gusto lang nila mamake sure na walang advance payment na binigay ang previuos employer mo ( kung nagresign ka) or previously employed ka tapos biglang nagswitch ng voluntary.

Voluntary member ako, previously employed. Di naman ako nag-submit ng cert of separation.. baka dahil matagal na ako voluntary?

sis ehlabart, if you have been employed the past 6 months, required to. or past 9 months yata, i'm not sure. yung iba nga sigurista e, if within the past year employed ka nanghihingi parin.

if matagal na voluntary, no need na

thanks sis _aiah_ yun nga din ang worry ko pero sabi naman dito sa office aabonohan daw nila then sila na bahala kumuha sa sss. try ko din tawagan ang sss para ipacheck kung may hulog ba talaga hayyy...

Filed my Mat2 last Jan 23 and sabi expect ko daw yung cheque in 2-3 months. I was suprise dumating yung cheque today. Exactly 1 month Lang! I got 30,500php for NSD

sis mialing, sabay talaga un...kasi un SSS at philhealth magkaiba...

un SSS maternity kumbaga sahod mo un per day kasi magmamaternity leave ka so di ka papasok sa office...kaya kumbaga papasahurin ka muna ni SSS..

un Philhealth naman, ile-less un philhealth discount sa total bill mo sa ospital...so kunyari 30K ang bill mo sa ospital at ang philhealth ay 8K ang coverage, so 22K na lang babayaran mo...kunyari lang yan ha...

tanong ko lang usually mag kano kaltas ni philheath? CS or NSD delivery? nag start ako mag hulog ng philhealth JUNE 2013 until now. thanks

^sis, di ko alam sa CS kun magkano ang ileless sa philhealth....sa experience ko kasi NSD ako, mga nasa 8K un kaltas nun sa first born ko....

^ if CS operation, it's 19200. 7k goes to PF ng doctor. then 11 something for hospital bills then remaining newborn package yata.

Nabasa ko na hanggang fourth pregnancy ang covered ng SSS so kung nag hulog ka a year before ng first pregnancy mo sunod sunod na ba ang benefits until fourth pregnancy? Or need mo talagang mag hulog every pregnancy? Thanks!

I gave birth here in Canada at uuwi ako soon sa Pinas para magbakasyon for a few months. Tuloy-tuloy naman ang hulog ko as voluntary kaya I am hoping na maka-claim. Sana hindi matagal ang claim kapag sa abroad nanganak.

^^ Sis you need to pay talaga prior to every pregnancy, as per SSS, 'She has paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage.'

sis mialing, oo up to the fourth pregnancy ang covered ng SSS pero you need to pay them as in maghulog ka kada buwan ng membership contribution for you to avail of the benefit...

unfair sa SSS kun one year ka lang naghulog, kun un months prior to the first pregnancy lang tapos up to 4th pregnancy eh ipapacover mo hehe

you have to be an active contributing member...even sa sickness benefit nila..

pati sa philhealth kelangan din active member ka na naghuhulog para maka avail nito...

Hi mga mommies,

New on this thread and cluless about the sas maternity benefit.

I have questions po and the situation im in at the moment:
1. Im in my 2nd tri. Can I still submit application for the maternity benefit?
2. I slwas employed last July-Oct 2014 and found out na hindi pa nahulugan ng company ko yung sss ko kahit deducted na nung sumasahod ako. Pano kayo ito?
3. I am planning to change to voluntary na dapat papasok lang ng Nov 2014-present ang babayaran ko kaso naguguluhan ako if I need to pay yung duration na nag work ako or I need to follow-up with my previous company what happened to my deductions.
4. I tried to check online if eligible ako for maternity benefit pero it says no kasi daw It needs to cover 6 months something.. Hindi ko na naintindihan.

Any advice on this mga sis? May pag-asa pa kaya ako makapag file ng maternity benefit?

sis arra, para maka avail kelangan daw mag submit ng Mat 1 un notification for maternity

pede siguro sis na i-voluntary contribution mo na lang un for last year, kasi sabi sa SSS dapat may hulog ka for the previous year bago un maternity mo...

better check with SSS branch, na malapit sa yo di ba sa mga mall meron na sila kiosk...un branch jan sa Farmers Cubao, 7am pa lang bukas na...

@arragalang, sis i suggest your follow up with your employer before. if you have copy of payslips with SSS deduction, kausapin mo comp and benefits nyo. sayang and hindi pwedeng nakakaltas tapos wala palang hulog.

pwede ka mag submit ng mat1 anytime during your pregnancy pero advised na you do it the earliest possible time.

sis ayusin mo sss mo. sobrang sayang. malaking tulong yan. halos babayaran na nito CS operation ko kasi maximum makukuha ko. magkano din yun.

@FayeP: Thanks! Ano ba requirements to submit Mat 1 and san ako makakuha ng form? Balak ko pumunta SSS this Friday to ask and if possible pachange na to Voluntary member and pay for the duration na wala.

@AiaH: oo nga eh grabe ang hassle ng company. I already emailed the HR and my previous boss and told them I need to know asap. Kung hindi ko pa chineck online diko malalaman di nila binayaran. They said they will help naman. Will visit the branch near Vicas sa Friday after checkup. Ano ano ba pwede ko iprepare na pwede isubmit and pwede ko na din ba bayaran dun agad yung pendings ko? Thank you!

Mga mommis tama ba itong ginawa ko na pag estimate for the maternity benefit:

Date of Delivery: July 2015
Semester of contingency: (Jan - Jun 2015) Tama ba?
12-month period before the semester of contingency: Dec 2014 - Jan 2014 (tama ba?)

I checked with my employer na kasi nga I was employed ng Jul-Oct 2014 but my sss contribution is not remitted and they will fix daw (but who knows when). Then I checked my online SSS if ano yung months na paid.

PAID
SSS Contribution of 1,760 from Jan - May 2014

UNEMPLOYED
Jun 2014

EMPLOYED and salary is deducted for sss contribution but not remitted
Jul - Oct 2014

(Will pay voluntarily for Nov - Dec 2014 - P1,760) - Pwede ko pa ba ito bayaran?

The question is now, am I eligible for Maternity Benefit mga mommies?
