Hi sis! May makukuha ka naman. Bale yung computation e ganito:
Katumbas ng 520 contri mo in terms of monthly salary credit is 5,000.
So 6 x 5,000 = 30,000 (total MSC)
30,000/180 days = 166.67 (Daily Maternity Allowance)
166.67 x 60 days = 10,000 (benefit if normal)
166.67 x 78 days = 13,000 (benefit if cesarean)

Sis ask ko lang din, voluntary member din kasi ako. Continuous naman ang contributions ko pero last year lang ako nag upgrade to 208 pesos monthly. How much kaya makukuha ko?

Hi mga sis! Need your help sana regarding SSS entitlement. I went to Singapore to work nung Nov 2010. Yung last SSS contribution ko (as OFW status) nung April 2011 pa. Sad to say, hindi ko na talaga sya naasikaso sa sobrang dami ng adjustments din abroad. Now, I'm planning to restart paying contributions sana. I just flew back home a couple of weeks ago and was wondering kung maihahabol pa kaya together with Mat 1/2.

By the way due na ko this September so it might be a long shot. Tried to check online din kaso required ng SSS website yung receipt no. ng last contribution in order to register for OFW status Unfortunately hindi ko siya nauwi dito sa PH.

Hi po, question lang, kahit po ba natural miscarriage yung hindi nagpa D & C pwede pa mag file ng reimbursement? Worry ko is hingan ako ng histopath report which i don't have. Hndi ako nakakuha ng specimen...of course nauna ang panic at shock

Wala din ako OR report since sa bahay nga ako nakunan, and closed cervix na din ako at wala na natirang kahit ano sa uterus so hindi na ko makapagpasa ng specimen sa lab.

I'll see if i can get anything from my ob. I have all the ultrasound results naman.

May naka experience na po sa inyo ng ganito?

kaka-start ko lang po sa first work nung June, then later this July, nalaman ko na preggy ako. may makukuha pa din po ba ako? (kasi ibig sabihin halos wala pang hulog...?)

As long as nagfile ka ng MAT1 nung nalaman mo na buntis ka, no worries.

Yung "12 month period immediately preceding the semester of childbirth or miscarriage" eh ganito:
If EDD falls on Jan-Mar 2013, semester of contingency is Oct 2012 - Mar 2013, so yung at least 3 months posted contri should be from Oct 2011 - Sept 2012.

if EDD falls on Apr-Jun 2013, semester of contingency is Jan-Jun 2013, so yung at least 3 months Posted contri should be from Jan-Dec 2012.

If EDD falls on Jul-Sep 2013, semester of contingency is Apr-Sep 2013, so yung at least 3 months posted contri should be from Apr 2012 - Mar 2013

If EDD falls on Oct-Dec 2013, semester of contingency is Jul-Dec 2013, so yung at least 3 months posted contri should be from Jul 2012 - Jun 2013.

Sorry for late reply. Dalhin mo lahat ng docment mo nung nalaman mo na buntis ka.Ultrasound from OB, yung unang check up mo sa OB to file MAT 1. Hindi kasi ako masyado familiar kapag nakunan hindi pa nagfile ng MAT1. Kaya what I suggest pag nalaman agad na buntis na,file agad ng MAT 1 so whatever happens, hassle free na lang yung maternity pay

At least six months dapat may contri ka before ka mabuntis. What I suggest call SSS, ask them kung pwede mo bang hulugan yung months na naglapse ka as a Voluntary member.Kapag ok and nahulugan mo na, you can file MAT 1 immediately

That's ok,hulugan mo na lang yung months na nglapse ka kasi pwede nilang ideny yun pag nalaman na kulang yung contribution mo
