Mga sis yung requirements ba ng mat2 same parin? Stamped mat1, photocopy of id, birthcert and filled up mat2 for nsd?

Sis marygabriellee, yes your husband can submit it for you, i'm a voluntary member as well and i had my mom submit it for me, no probs naman as long as complete requirements, mat1 w/ a copy of your ultrasound, i also photocopied my sss ID  to be sure.

Mga sis I have a question po. I hope somebody can help me with this.

Late registration kasi yung birth certification ng baby ko. Complete na lahat ng requirements ko for
Maternity benefit claim and submitted MAT1 na din before. Kaso may nagsabi sa akin na since
late registration nga ang birth cert kelangan NSO COPY na ng birth cert ang isa-submit ko at
hindi na yung galing lang sa city hall.

Is this true? Can somebody clarify this for me please? Naguluhan ako bigla kala ko ok na yung
registered sa city hall.

@otsowaloeyt08 sis, kung dec EDD mo. dapat nitong may, nakapagbayad ka na for april-june 2013 contri since pwede naman quarterly payment. Kung ngawa mo ito, pasok ka na doon sa "she has paid at least 3 contributions within 12 months before the semester of contigency (in your case Jul-Dec 2013 since EDD mo is dec). Baka pwede ka apng humabol kung 9 or 0 last digit sa SSS number mo.

Nag follow up ako SSS yesterday since na file ko MAT2 ko nung April 30. Wala ang bagal napo process palang daw yung mga April 10 nag file. So months pa hinihintay ko. Bakit yung kapitbahay namin 3 weeks lang daw pimadala na. Hay naku tagal pala.

Pano kapag CS eto kasi yung nakalagay na dapat documents:

For Ceasarian Delivery
       Operating Room Record or Surgical Memorandum duly certified by the hospital where the member is confine

Ang meron lang ako from the hospital are Medical Certificate and yung breakdowns ng hospital bill although meron dun part na OR charges. Ok na kaya yun?

Good day po! irreg ako so late ko na nalaman na pregnant ako. nagwork ako Feb of this year uli pero whole of last year wala. so from March this year until now, may work ako kasi malaki na tyan ko at kinakaltasan ako for sss. di talaga malinaw sa akin pero may makukuha ba ako maternity benefit? kasi nag-stay na lang ako sa company para dun eh. para makuha ko pa din sana sss benefit ko. Yun kasi inaasahan ko sa panganganak din since it will be a big breather for me in regards with finances. Hope someone could help me with this..am so confused..

file na sana ko ng mat 1 kaya lang nakita sa acct ko wala ko date of coverage. naghuhulog na ko since 2012. na stop lang ako ngayong 2013 ng hulog april,may, june. hindi ko alam kung aayusin ko pa. edd ko november. sabi sa ss irefund na lang daw lahat ng nahulog ko. d ko alam gagawin ko. mahahabol ko pa kaya un para makakuha ko maternity benefits. thanks

Hello sis luvbunch_22 sa tingin ko dapat ayusin mo yun. Sayang naman. Kasi Baka pwede mo pa ihabol yung may and June contri mo. Depende sa last digit ng SSS number mo. Ask mo na lang sa ibang branch or better yet consult ka sa main office Kung ano dapat mong gawin.

Hindi ko alam gagawin ko sa SSS ko. Help
Kasi nagawol ako sa company ko nung December last year. Nadepress kasi ako sa ugali ng team mates ko. Due na ko this July 2013. I checked my contributions online hinulugan ako ng company for October and November ng 1560php tapos 624php ng December.
Employed pa rin status ko pero december pa ko wala sa company. Kailangan ko ba muna magswitch to voluntary bago ako magfile ng Mat1? Pasok na ba yung hulog nila doon sa requirement to avail mat benefit? At makukuha ko pa rin ba yung max amount na 30k? Tsaka wala pala akong SSS ID tapos nawala ko na yung E6 ko. Super di ko talaga alam gagawin e

zoepv - itry mo na lang magfile ng mat-1. also, don't expect na malaki ang makukuhamo kasi everything boils down to your contribution.

luvbunch - what do you mean irefund? pwede bang magrefund kung nasa kanila ang pera? pwede ka pa magbayad ng april, may, ne as quarterly.

tellycopter - i suggest you go to the nearest sss branch, file your mat-1, switch to voluntary status and get an ID. magagawa mo yan in just 1 visit.

Hi sisses! Share ko lang SSS experience ko yesterday.

Nag file ako for Change of Civil Status, Applied for ID, Filed for Mat1 and paid contribution.

Last contribution ko was last May 2012. Di ako nakapag change to voluntary and recently nalaman ko na pregnant ako and during my OB checkup inask na ako ng OB if nag file na ako ng Mat1.

So EDD ko is Feb 2014. If 6 months contingency - parang dapat from September 2013-September 2012 meron akong at least 3 months contribution as per SSS website to avail of the maternity benefit.

As per the staff kanina sa SSS - i can only avail IF magbayad ako ng from April 2013 until due date ko. If manganak daw ako before Feb - di daw ako maka claim ng maternity benefit.

Then bumalik ako and asked, if manganak ako ng January kunyari (which i pray na di mangyari) e ma cover ba to? sabi nya yes naman. So... it means ba need ko lang ng 3 months contribution nga prior to my delivery?

Litong lito na ako pero anyhow, nag bayad pa din ako ng 1560 from April - June tas gawin ko pa din gang Feb just to be sure. After nun pababaan ko na ang contribution ko.
