HELP: HOW TO GET RID DARK SPOTS FROM MOSQUITO BITES?

Sisses, This is my problem sa skin ng daughter ko nangingitim talaga, at first red spot muna then after ng ilang days black na ang pangit tuloy tingnan kasi parang peklat tuloy pag malayuan. Cetaphil lotion ang gamit nya, ano kaya ang pwede ko ilagay? thanks in advance.

^I skip putting any medication on my daughter's mosquito bite scars (or kahit yung mga scratches) pero I give her milk baths and I also put tea on her bath water daily. Effective naman in lightening the scars faster plus it makes her skin smoother and softer pa.

^This is my daughter's daily bath ritual:

1. I steep green tea in a cup and put it in her bath water
2. I slather evaporated milk all over her body and leave it on for a couple of minutes (usually while I'm brushing her teeth)
3. I give her a bath (I use J&J Milk bath)
4. I put J&J milk lotion

My daughter isn't mestiza but she's quite fair especially compared to us Pero pantay ang color ng skin nya and yun nga smooth and soft. Regardless of the skin color naman kase basta pantay and smooth ok na yon. Don't worry sis mawawala pa din yang marks na yan. Yung daughter ko lageng naka-jammies or leggings sa house. Minsan naka-dress sya pero pag lalabas na for a walk pinapag-change ko na to leggings or jammies. I also make her yaya put HHN citronella bug spray every now and then para ma-ward off the mosquitos.

^Don't use Off lotion sis. Super tapang ng amoy nya, it reminds me of Baygon. Yung HHN citronella bug spray madameng natatapangan sa scent nya pero saken ok lang naman.

Just let it be, babies skin regenerate and are replaced every 28 days. Just keep the skin moisturized.

Last year yung baby ko maraming scars dahil sa mosquito bites pero naglighten na siya ngayon. I use J&J Milk lotion for his skin. I guess maglilighten na lang yang scars na yan in time.

Ganyan din yung sa niece ko... She is maputi pa man din... But we didnt put any ointment or cream sa scar kase she is too young for those chemicals... Nag slough off naman ang skin ng babies kaya time will come mawawala din yan... Though nakakafrustrate talaga na parang may mansta sa balat ang babies, mareresolve din naman... After about 2 months wala na yung patches sa legs ng niece ko...JJ milk bath din gamit namin sa kanya...

We are using HHN bug shield din... Though matapang ang amoy, nasasanay na kami... And i am not putting it directly sa balat ng son ko... Sometimes i spray it sa laylayan ng shorts or sa socks or sa mga gamit na patches ng moskishield na wala ng amoy (to recycle the patch)...

I swear by Emu Oil. Kahit anong bite or tag sa skin, nawawala niya.

joanniekiko, I consulted this with our pedia during our last visit. Nagkaroon kasi sa forehead si baby. Pedia said it would go away after a month pa daw. I put Burt's bees diaper rash cream, medyo nagflatten naman and nagfade a bit. Sunflower oil naman at night.

pareho kame ng problem ni baby, namana niya kase skin ko (and my skin asthma). nilalagyan ko lang ng sunflower seed oil from humanheartnature.  so far after 2 months medyo ok na. hinde na uber dark.

Saan ninyo nabili yung emu oil yung daughter ko din kasi kinukutkut yung mosquito bite kaya talaga nangingitim at nag pepeklat
