Yung nakuhang excess/extra money ni James from the settlement, isipin na lang ni kris na bayad yun sa pag-endorse ni james kay noynoy. Kasi aminin nya, ginamit din naman nya si james for the campaign. At mega-effort din si james sa campaign - sa regular games, sa all-star weekend, sa out-of-town sorties, pati sa mala-mtv na kasama ibang pba players na kaibigan ni james. After manalo ng kuya nya, mega-announce na sya about sa hiwalayan. Akala ni james they can still work it out, kahit for the sake ng promise nila kay Pres. Cory (RIP). Ti-niming din ni kris ang announcement para di na makasama si james sa oath-taking at sa official photos.

super agree with this! dagdag pa, pumayag si james na ibenta nila ni kris yung "dream house" nila and lumipat sila sa condo para yung pera na kinita sa house nila idagdag sa campaign fund ni pnoy. gamit na gamit si james at pba friends niya nung campaign, tapos bigla na lang nilaglag nung nanalo na brother niya.

for me, pareho naman silang may kasalanan kung bakit nag-fail marriage nila. it takes two to make a relationship work and it also takes two to make it fail.

So ang ending... James Yap WON this case, since the law has agreed to not only grant him 2-3x a week visitation rights to his son but also agreed to have it outside of Krazy's house. It really couldn't have gone any better for him. Big Bonus pa yung by law he is not allowed to get near his Krazy ex

Tapos ngayon pinapalabas pa ni Kris na happy daw siya sa ruling. Eh hello!?! Eh that's exactly what James wanted from the very beginning - to spend time with his son. Kung sa umpisa pa lang binigay ni Kris yon eh di sana wana nang legal case and millions of pesos spent on lawyers. Tapos ngayon ang FAKE niya, sasabihin niya happy daw siya with the resolution. I think sinasabi lang niya kunyari happy siya because NATALO and NAPAHIYA SIYA in the public's eyes. She can twist the story but she can't change the fact SHE LOST.

It is so good to see that there is hope in our justice system and truth and fairness can sometimes prevail. Well done to the judge who handled this case

And one of the FUNNIEST things for me is dahil sa ginawa niyang kaso, mas lalo niyang NAPAYAMAN and NAPA-FAMOUS si Kapunan. LOL!!! I am soooo sure Kapunan will get even more clients after winning this case. For sure daming nag-iisip ngayon "Wow natalo niya the sister of the President." LOL.

Kung ako si Kapunan sarap sabihin kay Krazy "Sige demanda mo si James ulit. Matatalo na kita, mapapayaman mo pa ako."

I can't believe how stories are being twisted here just so they can spew their venoms on Kris. lol.

Fact: James cheated on Kris while she was pregnant with Bimby & cheated on her a few more times that Kris could no longer stand it hence she filed for an annulment in August 2010. 

James was treated fairly by the Aquino family. In fact, Cory herself was a fan of James and even on her hospital bed, she watched his games on tv.  He voluntarily campaigned for Noynoy because he believed in him. With or without James and his teammates campaigning for Pnoy, he would have won the election anyway. So to say that the Aquino family are users just because James went to a few campaign sorties is just uncalled for. You mean to say Grace Poe is a user just because Kris voluntarily campaigned for her or Sonny Angara is a user because Coco Martin voluntarily campaigned for him?

When James & Kris' annulment was granted, the court declared that the visitation rights will be at Kris' residence.  Take note that James was allowed/welcomed by Kris to visit Bimby until December of last year when the "infamous incident" happened. James might be joking at that time when he was attempting to kiss Kris but take note that  under the anti-women & children protection act, even making sexually suggestive remarks, is punishable by law. That is the reason why the court granted Kris permanent protection from James where he can't go to her residence, place of work or anywhere within a specific distance from her.  This 2nd ruling of the court therefore contradicts the visitation right of James at Kris' residence. It is not Kris' fault that the court has issued two contradicting orders but majority of the posters here branded Kris as selfish.  James had to go to court to make the necessary petition to change the visitation provision which the rule of court has recently granted. I remember some posters here described Kris as power hungry or using her brother's influence to get away with whatever she wants, but this could be farthest from the truth since she lost, right? Obviously, Pnoy didn't use his position to influence the court to favor his sister unlike some politicians do when their relatives are in hot water.

James had the money to spend for his girlfriend and his foreign travels but he never even provides for Bimby's schooling needs. Even if Kris can afford it, he should have volunteered to shoulder the expenses. Can you blame Kris if she nurtures a negative impression/feelings about him? If your husband repeatedly cheated on you and if he doesn't even volunteer to share the expenses of a growing child even if he can afford it, isn't it normal to feel resentment towards your husband or ex-husband? Magpakatotoo naman tayo.

With the new visiting arrangement, both parties seemed to be happy about it. Now, i don't know why kibitzers here are still talking trash about her. As the saying goes, if you don't have anything good to say about someone, it is better to keep quiet.  A decent person will do that.

exactly, mga sis! yun din ang nasa isip ko. super ngiti sa camera at sinabing happy siya sa decision pero pagsakay pa lang non sa kotse super galit na. haha! sabi niya naappreciate na pagkatao ni philip salvador dahil never sila ginulo tapos ngayon masaya naman siya dahil makakasama na ni james si bimby. ano ba talaga krazy? haha!
