Hi! up for PurpleDish!

We had our food tasting yesterday at Black Kitchen in Timog. The food was so good! h2b is quite particular when it comes to food kasi mahilig siya magluto. Siya yung tipong pag di masarap, di niya talaga kakainin kahit magutom siya. Dahil nasarapan siya, we booked on the spot.

They gave us the V mobile bar and 3-tiered cake as freebies

I hope ok naman performance nila on the wedding day. Any recent experience mga sis?

huaw free yung V mobile bar mo mismo o service lang then yung drinks is sa inyo pa rin o free pati yung inumin? Sino yung AE mo?

PD bride to be here. Sa WOW forum namin may 4 na recnt reviews sa PD. All of them have great reviews about food pero so so lang sa styling ng Stylento. Yung last na kinasal last July 21 maganda setup sa kanya kasi she specifically instructed them ano ang mga ilalagay at ano mga gusto nya mangyari..

Sis Jekay Lucky you.. We paid PD in full pero di kami binigyan ng ganyan..pero may 20% discount naman kami, free candy buffet, cake, upgrade sa menu etc..sok ok na rin malaking bagay din ang 20% almost 30k discount din..

I am kinda concerned din with Stylento. I'll be hands-on na lang with the styling and sana masunod.

wow! you paid in full na. pero malaking bagay na nga ang 20% discount ha. sa 900-1k+ per head nila, malaki na yun. I think mas okay pa yun sa freebies namin. HAHA. Baka iba iba inooffer nila na freebie depende sa mode of payment. Samin, reservation fee of 10K then 4 installments.

yehey..may fellow PD bride na din. Sana maging ok sila sa wedding day natin. Ganyan din sinabi sa kin ng former PD bride. I define maigi kung ano ang gusto mo mangyari.

PD has a sister company, much cheaper, blu plates. Any reviews on this one? Have read sa website nila that if you pay full, you get the dessert buffet free

hi sis! meron akong packages and rates ng blu plates, I can email it if you want.

they are at 790/pax if you'll have 100 guests. 690/pax naman if 150 guests. meron sila packages for up to 300 guests.

Mabilis din sila magreply. Im in a dilemma now, PD when you pay in full, may 20% discount. Sa blu plates naman free dessert bar. So in the end, parang same price na din pero mas extensive ang menu choices ng PD.

How is their styling? Any idea kung how much mag pa upgrade?

sa styling, yung mga recent medyo so-so lang. parang pare-pareho lang. they have a page in fb, dun lang din ako tumitingin. May 2014 wedding ata yung latest upload nila.

for upgrades, ito yung nasa file na sinend nila:
flowers for backdrop or hanging flower balls with console table - Php 3500
flower upgrade for VIP - Php 4000 / table
flower upgrade for guest table - Php 850 and up
personalized table numbers, menu cards for VIP, and table napkin holder - Php 2500
folding chairs upgrade - Php 60 / chair
birdcage rentals:
small - Php 150
medium - Php 250
large - Php 350
candy buffet setup rental - Php 3000
dessert station upgrade setup - Php 2500 and up

they also have a list of flower options which you'll choose from.

Sa May 16 2015 wedding ko.. venue would be at Le Parc in Pasay. Ikaw? Sis, mahal din pala ang pa upgrade sa stylento. Balak ko maghire na lang ng florist..hehe..pero may isang PD bride si Han and Dave na ang ganda ng ayos nila..Siya kasi talaga ang nagspecify ano ang dapat ilagay.. check mo sa FB ng stylento..Andun sya.. Gusto ko nga gayahin na lang since ganun din ang theme ko..hehe

^ April 9 2015 ako sis, Paco Park naman. Mahal nga yung upgrade, parang kumuha ka na din ng another florist / designer. Nakita ko yung kay Han and Dave! maganda nga. Binabantayan ko fb ng sylento and parang so-so pa din yung recent uploads. Need to be hands-on talaga.

^ sis love_alvarez, Yep, they have na daw. Aug 1 onwards ( so probably they will upload tom.

Better call them sis so you can discuss. Mabilis silang kausap. After booking them, 2 mos ko ata silang ginulo and ang dami ko pina customise , pina -add, etc etc. But atleast now, ok na.

Sis Jekay- first, nag paqoute lang ako for beef carving, prawn , salmon and the dessert bar. Then i change my mind, kinuha ko na yung buong package. Then nag paqoute din ako sa blu plates. Then I asked for the pasta to be converted to supplier's meals. Then I changed my mind again. LOL.

And Shayne was very gracious and patient in dealing with me

Pero now, ok naman na. Final details and Ill pay na in full a month from now. One major supplier off my list
