Hi mga sis! I just want to share my food tasting experience with some of the accredited caterers of Glass Garden. Since overseas bride ako, hectic ang food tasting.
1. K by Cunanan - food tasting was done in their office at Greenmeadows. And gusto ko dito is yung class, hindi sya pangmasa. Food is upscale, and hindi common, and yummy. My AE is Meg and very smart kausap. Factor kasi sakin ang kausap na AE since sa kanya ipagkakatiwala ang wedding, so I have to ensure na nagkakaintindihan kami. I also met the stylist Nina. Very warm and explained everything well. Sulit naman ang ibabayad sa K, it's just that weird talaga na if GG ang venue, 1300 per head. Pero if same package but iba venue, 990 lang.
2. Josiah's - food is below average. But you have to try din for yourselves ha, maarte kasi talaga ako sa food because I know how to cook and bake,and hindi ko nagugustuhan yung madaming artificial na lasa. My AE is very energetic and napansin nya ata na d ko type yung food kaya daming freebies. Yung set up din for basic is very basic. Hindi match sa ganda ng GG.
3. Manila Catering - we went to their office and naligaw pa kami kasi eskinita pala sya. Food is average, nothing special. Sabi ko nga sa fiance ko,d nakaka-excite yung food. Our AE is super tahimik, parang ako pa lagi nagsasalita then sasagot lang sya. Pumayag AE namin na i-take out yung food since nasa microwavables naman, and d din nasarapan family ko.
4. Center Table - this is the most palpak for me. We attended their Grand Food tasting sa fernwood, and ayun, food is average. Better than josiah's and manila catering, pero malayo sa level ni K. Ang pinaka- ayoko is yung AE na si Jennifer. My gosh, para kong kausap yung mga ate sa salon na tinatanong lang ako if magpapa-pedicure ako. My fiance and I went with our 2 friends, and she didnt bother to ask for my name and d man lang pinansin fiance ko. Sinabihan lang ako na fill out ng form then sabi, ay menu A ka, konti lang pagkain dun. Then umalis na sya and d na kami binalikan. Inentertain lang nya yung may mga kasamang magulang. Sinabihan pa ako na next year pa naman wedding mo eh.
5. Richgold Weddings - when the manager of Richgold arrived, si Jed, grabe super warm ng welcome. He's very smart, maganda ang offer, and feeling namin friends kami agad. He's not pushy and even gives advices regarding our preps. Super naenjoy namin ang food tasting plus ang ganda ng basic set up nila! Food is really good! Not as masterchef level as K by Cunanan, but masarap din. I know na di kami mapapahiya. Nagustuhan din ni h2b and ng friends namin yung food.
Salamat sa pagbasa ng nobela ko. I'm 90% sure of getting Richgold. But gusto ko lang i-try din ang Juan Carlo and Hizon's para no regrets ako.
