i love doing nailart these past few weeks and im using the face shop products,they have this promo buy 3 get 1 for only 45dirhams (500pesos) not bad  gusto ko yung finishing ng polish nila parang gel

m_lim  May mga local online seller dito. Mas makakasave ka sa shipping cost and hassle ng post office natin dito. Try Polish Please or Polished in the City, ok selections nila and sellers are super nice pa.  Hope that helps.   

redberryaha  You can use a matte top coat for that like Essie Matte About You, China Glaze Matte Magic or OPI Matte Top Coat.  Sa local brand meron din yung OMG brand, Matte Potion, around P18 pesos only.  Hope that helps. 

Mugi-chan  Use nail polish thinner.  Never use acetone ha, lalong masisira yung polish mo.  I think locally meron sa Caronia, not too familiar lang with other local brands.  But if budget is not an issue meron din sa Orly (available sa select dept. store) and Seche Vite (available only thru online sellers).  Hope that helps.

Hi sisses! sa mga merong home gel polish kit, have you tried using regular (non gel) color polish in between the gel base and top coat? long lasting din ba? im getting very bored with my pink chiffon (sensationail) and wine. and kapag tumingin ako ng gel polish colors naman, at least 450p a pop. pwede kayang ill use the gel kit pero yung gel color lang palitan ko ng regular? Im gonna order models own from a local seller, ok ba to?

@cherrhys Thank you!!! di ko alam meron na pala tayo matte top coat from local brands. masyado na ata akong na addict sa online shopping, hindi na ako tumitingin sa nail polish display sa malls. LOL

most of the time neutral colors lang din nail polish ko. question lang mga sisses, are you familiar with Shellac nail polish? available ba siya locally?

redberryaha  Ako naman sobrang nail polish addict, kaya whenever in the mall I check out the nail polish stalls....hahaha!  But among the local brands OMG is my favorite kasi maganda yung quality niya yun nga lang medyo limited sa color selection.

Hi sisses! I like to join this thread since I am also a nail polish addict. Latest rave color is OPI Color So Hot It Berns. Its sooo red. If you love red tones you will surely like this.

im a nail polish addict too though  i'm not really good at applying it on my nails laging sablay, not pretty. I have more than 20 nail polishes right now, recently bought sinful colors in canary yellow, snowy white, sugar sugar(strawberry red) and let's talk(purple) i love topping it with flormar matifying coat.

^ Chanel! Mahal pero 1) unique colors 2) lasts longest on my nails 3) easy to manage yung polish

The other brands I like: Deborah Lippmann, China Glaze, Zoya, OPI, NARS, Essie, aengland, Anny

^^ Chanel also, but it is expensive. I love OPI, Essie and China glaze since they are more affordable. I want to try Patricia next time. For those who have tried it... was the quality good?

m_lim  Actually ang dami ng good brands ngayon but for me the best pa rin ang OPI then China Glaze for the vast selection of colors and textures.  But lately, humahabol na rin ang Essie.  Dati kasi puro pasafe yung shades niya.  Zoya ok din, kaya lang kelangan Zoya din yung base and topcoat para maglast talaga siya.  BUT in the end, depende kasi talaga yan sa application and what base and topcoat you will use.   By the way, Revlon nail polish are also good.

You can mix your regular polish with cornstarch para sa matte effect, cheap alternative pa.  Hope this helps

I'm loving The Face Shop's Gel Touch Nails line of polishes. No chipping and the color stays vibrant and shiny even after more than a week na. Kailangan lang talagang mag-change ng polish because nakikita na yung new nail growth sa may nail bed hehe...
