anybody uses seche vite? parang nag yellow fingernails ko not sure if it was that or the orly nail polished that i used. usually hindi naman nag yeyellow nails ko with orly.

Mga sis, typical ba na dapat same color ang manicure and pedicure?  Or is there such a thing as complimentary colors?  Feeling ko kasi may polish na mas maganda sa toes at may ibang colors naman na mas maganda sa kamay. Pero pag pinagsabay mo sila, parang off. So kelangan pa humanap ng color na bagay both sa kamay and paa.

@Girltalker2 I rarely use the same color on my hands and feet. Mas feel ko pag complementary sila.

Currently I have midnight blue (forgot the exact color) ng Orly. since Nail It only offers manicure and pedicure together, sya narin pinalagay ko sa kamay ko.

^ Hi sis. Here are some samples of color combos, but be adventurous!

Tips: pink
Toes: grey, blue, purple

Tips: peach
Toes: emerald, mint green, blue

Tips: lilac
Toes: purple, grey

Tips: dark blue
Toes: light/pastel pink

You can also look at a color wheel, choose a color. And then yung opposite nya, yun ang pwede mo i-match. Since typically mas matagal ang toe polish than yung nasa hands I usually put on neutrals sa paa, like gray. Ok din yun, kasi gray will work with a lot of colors.

i'm going to wear a fuschia dress to a product launch.  what colors can you recommend for hands and toes?  sana hindi matchy-matchy.

^ Something muted or dark to counter the vibrant fuschia color.... I would go for gray, very modern. You can also try a deep purple nail polish (like Chanel Taboo, Vertigo, Paradoxal) -- NOT eggplant, lilac, violet or anything bright. Or something more mysterious like Chanel Black Pearl.

You could also go really light pink. Or if you want something a bit flashy, a pale gold (like Chanel Diwali).
