sabi sakin, ok daw yung improvement ng UA ko... may mga di na tinutubuan, kaya tinaas na nila to 7 yung pulse (? not sure with the term forgive me), naging 6-7 weeks na rin yung following session interval ko... sana nga maging ok yung result nito after a year...

I was not able to have my supposedly last session for Full Legs LHR. I sent them an sms to have my schedule pero sabi nila fully booked na daw for the entire week. Can you believe that? Then I told them na would it be alright if they schedule me for a later date pero by then by card would have expired. (di ko naman fault dahil fully booked na daw sila) Then they didn't reply. What a very bad service! I am definitely not coming back to SM North Branch FOREVER. That's definitely the last straw. I endured so much bad service from them--from their nagging na bumili ng products etc., to what I observe na pinagchichismisan nila mga clients after they have left, to lack of competence ng mga attendants nila, sa lagi nilang pagsasabi na FULLY BOOKED na sila FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK, pero magtataka ka if you go there hindi naman super dami ng tao ang scenario na tipong hindi na ma-accomodate. I still have remaining LHR sessions different part naman, but I will have it done with a different branch.

I tried to see the very little good there is sa Skinstation Branch na ito (as with Binondo Branch din), but the bad (tremendously) outweighs the little good.

^sis sum.mer malayo ka ba sa SM Fairview branch? Recommended ko talaga itong branch na ito. Sa kanila ako kumuha ng one year unli ko for UA LHR, mag end na sa August 18, pero 2% percent nalang both UA ang hair, at sa 2% na yun very fine hair pa. Syempre susulitin ko at isa pang session

Kay Miss Beth ako nagpapagawa, in demand siya sa branch na yan. Last time, narinig ko siyang nag rant normal lang naman yun. Eh ako ang next client niya, pero okay na okay pa din ang gawa niya. Paglabas ko, two clients pa siya ang request.

7th session ko sa lower legs last week & ok naman except sa fact na nasugatan ako (di naman nakakaiyak kasi maliit lang naman, but still) nung shinave sa right leg ko

hello. newbie here.  I was able to buy yung Php5,000 diode for UA promo ng skin station.  When I went to their makati branch, iba yung brand nung machine na ginamit sa akin from the one they posted on their website.  tapos i read pa sa ibang thread na mas effective daw ang diode sa ibang branches nila kasi Alma laser ang may gawa.  Is this true?     worried ako kasi baka dapat sa ibang branch nila ako nag avail?

sis, you can schedule your next session in any SS branches basta dala mo yung card mo sa appiontment date mo. Tinanong ko yan last time kasi ttry ko sana sa Bel air branch nila malapit sa work ko eh sa SM North ako nag avail ng promo nila. Hope this help sis.

medyo bad trip ako sa management ng skinstation ngayon..

i availed 2 diode treatments for UA and brazilian (10 sessions each).. their service is great! i love the results hairs are lesser and manipis na for just 4 sessions pero their management made some changes on their policy:

1. one treatment is to one aesthetician. this means na duon sa 2 treatments ko 2 din ang gagawa ng procedures haha ang crazy!!

another example is pag nag avail ka ng magkaibang package: facial and the other is diamond peel.. 2 din ang gagawa.. isang mag facial (pricking) then another person would do the DP.. kaloka!

2. hindi na tayo pwedeng mag request ng aesthetician..

this really irritated me the most.. inaamin ko sobrang maaarte ako.. ayaw ko ipakita ang private part ko sa madaming tao.. and to think na 4th session ko palang.. so may 6 pang ibang taong makaka kita.. haha tinatawanan ko na lang pero naloloka na talaga ako..

at feeling ko kasi pag isang tao lang ang gumagawa ng procedure parang mas effective.. mas nakikita ko talaga yung improvement.. tiwala na kasi ako dun sa mga ate na suki ako.. pananaw and experience ko lang

this policy just started last week (as what they told me) kaya sa mga hindi pa alam ito well.. i-ready na ang sarili..

^^^ what branch is this? i just scheduled my LHR for sept this week over the text and i requested for my suking aesthetician and they agreed naman. sa MOA ako nagpapagawa. kalokohan yang ganyang policy, irereklamo ko din yan pag sinabihan din nila ako ng ganyan hahaha

I bought their unlimited diode for 1 year promo also. The day I bought, kaagad 1st session ko and it was well and good... the next session, I called ahead to reserve and they gave me the go-signal... I arrived around 30min before appointment time, a bit early... they told me to wait. Pero nung my appointment time na, they told me to wait pa rin... 2 hours later pa before they accommodated me... and that was because nanggigil na ako (as I was going to be late for a dinner date na)... and insisted that they prioritize me first.

Parang inuuna nila ang mga walk-in (even if they had no reservations)... dahil ba I already paid for the service, pwede ka na paantayin ng ganyan? Bad service. I regret talaga na bumili ako ng unli. This is in SM North branch.

desie i hope na tuparin nga nila na yung nirequest ko yung gagawa mismo. cause im having brazilian done. ayoko naman na rotation sila sa sessions ko diba hahha. i'll call them up tomorrow and ask them point blank. im just halfway through my 1yr unli and i plan to finish my sessions with my aesthetician.

beach that's really very inconsiderate of them. i feel relieved naman na it has never happened to me. i usually sched weeks before my preferred date to be sure. tapos when i go there, sometimes direcho na ako agad, sometimes i still wait pero max mga 15 minutes na. i started LHR nung nov last year, started with upper lip for trial and then nung natuwa naman ako sa service and results, kung ano ano na dinagdag ko. with all im reading here and other topics, mukhang maswerte ako sa MOA. i have nothing bad to say about them. plus they have the nice brand for LHR. unless ipatupad din nila yung bagon policy na bawal mag request ng aesthetician! :p

yes, i was really surprised kasi mabait sila sa phone. and i just hope it doesn't happen again. i guess i can go to timog for my next.

and yes, i did make reservations. when i bought the deal, sabi nga kahit 2 hours prior mo lang gawin reservations okay lang daw. and i had a confirmed reservation that day.

hindi naman ako nag-make a scene. or maybe i was too nice to them kaya ni-last priority ako. hindi rin kasi ako nag-insist kasi hindi ko feel yung maging isang irate client.

i did request for an aesthetician last wed pero hindi talaga nila ako pinag bigyan.. haaayy.. im sending a letter of complain sa management nila..
