^ay ok sis. Lol yung pure matte lipstick at velvet matte ba same ang feeling sa lips? Lemming ko ay dolce vita, cruella, bettina (diko sure kung bagay), damned. Sa pure matte ang ganda nung vesuvio, mascate at carthage.

^Mexican Rose is a velvet gloss, use same sharpener as used in the velvet mattes. Tenacious yan si mex rose, at nakaligo at naka-toothbrush na ako sa gabi, hindi pa din natatanggal. Pero one of my faves pa din.

i have to agree! one time i've had my usual run in UP, pag uwi ko, intact na intact pa rin si mexican rose. i forgot to remove it before running.

ako naman since i have pale lips, dolce vita is just perfect for everyday. i only get to use my bright lipsticks pag weekends.

^i have all of the pure mattes you mentioned, and i like them all. napansin ko lang, carthage seems drier than the others. i'm not sure if it's just the one i got.

^^and for me parang lighter sa lips yung velvet matte compared to pure matte. i only have dolce vita and dragon girl as my basis though.

i looked at cruella din, but i had mascate and vesuvio na. not to mention terre de feu. the SA said 'di ko na daw kelangan ng cruella hehe.

Sis nalagkit din ba casing nung pure matte? Maganda actually yung pagka red ni mascate at vesuvio, bagay na bagay pag naka black loose at jeans tapos gold jewelry para medyo casual pa rin.

^ Ako, yung lahat ng mga NARS ko, naglagkit ang mga casing. :/
What I did was to coat the casings in baby powder. Naging parang grunge effect ang casings, but the logo is still very readable and most importantly, nawala ang stickiness.

kakaintriga naman tm ng nars.. ive tried laura mercier's its good and easy to apply, my tube lasted for 6 months.. haiz, kaya sometimes iwas ako sa thread ng mga super love kong products, but cant help it..

Agree with carthage being a bit more drier. I had vesuvio before and parang mas dry nga si carthage.

I'm back to using my Nars Tinted Moisturizer in Alaska, and mas like ko na siya ngayon compared dati. Siguro kasi mas malamig na yung climate natin ngayon, di na siya humuhulas sa face ko.
