If you're near Marcos Alvarez (Moonwalk), there's a boxing/muay thai gym across Las Pinas Hospital (near Shell station). The name of the gym is Conqueror's Boxing Gym. Meron din bakal gym sa ground floor nila, may mga female clients din naman...very affordable ang rates.

up up up this thread! currently looking for gym within Las Pinas. i've tried the conqueror's gym however we always a problem in parking therefore always hesitant to go.  any recommendation? Thanks!

sa LAs Pinas Doctors. May gym dun. tas 750 per month lang and 300 php lifetime membership.. may sauna pa.. tas may massage and mga mani pedi hehe (may extra bayad though) .. yung sauna libre

Meron inside BF Resort Village.  Capitoline Hills st in front of Mary Mother of the Church Parish, kaya lang i don't know the name of the gym.

Sis these are gyms na may appropriate equipments or programs na pang female or yung hindi ka maiilang na dun mag exercise because of the atmosphere na rin. Since may mga gyms diba na nakakaintimidate lalo na kapag puro guys lang.

Gold's Gym at Commerce Avenue and 360 Fitness Club at West Gate Alabang have a lot of programs to choose from. I want to try pole dancing sa 360 Fitness eh kaso gusto ko kasi may kasabay ako. You can also try CrossFit Manila here in La Fuerza Compund, Las Pinas para maiba naman.
