may time last year halos 2 mos kami walang cable dahil ang tagal dumating ng magaayos, marami daw sila pinuntahan bago umabot sa amin hahaha, good thing lang na refund naman namin yung 2 mos =)

Aside from PBO, what tagalog movie channel meron ang Cignal? Do they have Cinema One like channel?

^ walang cinema 1 sis. meron nung fox filipino ata.

^ yup puro old films like yung mga action movies nila FPJ. Sa Fox Filipino I am not sure ha kasi minsan lang ako pumunta sa channel na yun. Meron dun tagalized ng Walking Dead saka yung mga lumang teleserye galing GMA.

Mabilis naman ba ang pagkuha ng refund sis? Nag aask kasi ako kung kelan [textspeak!] pang 2 year ko kasi magcacancel na ko eh. Hindi kasi ako sure kung this july na. Or hayaan ko na lang kaya hindi ko bayaran para macancel na sya? May penalty kaya un?

^ kaya din ako nauwi sa Cignal sis kasi wala pa raw linya ng skycable noon sa min haha pero ngayon meron na... hindi na ako nagpalit, ok na din yung 490 subscription ko sa cignal haha bihira lang din kasi ako makapanood ng tv.. pag naulan naman ok lang din walang signal, kasi nagpapatay din naman kami ng tv lalo na pag thunderstorm.. =D

1.5 years na kami naka subscribe sa cignal, ang naging problem lang is loss of signal esp pag malakas ang ulan. This past few days wala naman kami naging problem. If ever ma reach na namin yung 2 years i dont think magpalit pa ko ng sky kasi walang hbo and star yung basic plan nila na 290 e fave channels ko pa naman yun. If ever gusto ko magadd pa ko ng P100 per channel. Also I recently subscribed to pldt ultera baka pag nareach ko na yung 3 yrs sa pldt mag triple play plan nalang kami para mas sulit

Sis, in our case we terminated our service by not paying them then I called their customer service (which by the way I am not really getting any service from), then I requested to waive the TF since I am not getting any service from them they insisted but I wrote a formal request to waive, called their CS every week afte 1year and a half I got a letter from them that they are waiving the fee.

^ whaaaattttt? every week then after a year pa nila nawaive? grabehan yan! Eh kung bayaran ko hanggang 2 yr lock in period tapos after hindi na bayaran? ipepenalty pa din ba nila ko? and you even wrote a letter? that is so hassle!

^Yes sis every week I do not miss to do follow up, since I really want to clear my account with them. May collection firm ang maniningil dahil under contract pa.

^yung sa kin sis hindi ko binayaran sa 2 months before mag 2 yrs kasi tapos na contract nun. Until now hindi pa ko nagbabayad pero wala pa naman ako narereceive na collection notice.
