Ok kaya maging investment ang row house nila? 22 sq m in 34 sq m lot

400,000 lang kasi yung total price and very affordable yung monthly amortization. 3k plus lang for 15 years. Taxes and other fees lang babayaran mo kay developer, nasa 52k, then yung 400,000 loan na.

Ok kaya to area na to? Flood prone kaya? Especially nung nakaraan na typhoon maring? Anyone close to this area? Brgy tapia, gen trias cavite, sobrang layo ba nito sa civilization? Ok ba transportation to and from Edsa?

im from tierra, katabi ng le rica....hindi naman binabaha sa area natin pero dun sa may dulo sa may pilahan ng trike, yes, medyo mataas ang water...wala kaseng drainage system ang barangay san francisco, pero mabilis naman ding mawala.hindi naman kame nastranded nung habagat.

Grabe ba talaga ang traffic sa Cavite even using Molino Road going to the airport? Am eyeing a property in Vallejo Place/Amaris Homes. Any suggestions for a good subdivision in Bacoor na less than 1.5M preferably bukana lang ng Daang Hari Road? Hubby works in Alabang and major consideration yun.
