sis she, highly rated naman Alona Regency in Tripadvisor, I'm sure it will be ok and it's a short walk to the beach and beside amorita din ata. why don't you check with the hotel if they provide beach towels? sayang din sa luggage space.

bt, ang hirap kumuha ng schedule ng ferry from cebu to tagbilaran ocean jet either 2 or 6pm tapos sa 2go wait listed kami. hayyy

Nov 28 - dec 2 I think kasi they cut down their trips to tagbilaran after the earthquake. before kasi when I go to tagbilaran then cebu, we just book sa may alona and easily may ticket.

^That's also my problem. Since Tagbilaran port suffered major damage during the earthquake very limited ang port operations nila.    I'll be in Bohol naman on the 18th November and have to be in Cebu on the 21st. So baka uwi na lang ako ng Manila to catch a connecting flight back to Cebu.

^^thanks sis. first week of dec kami. sa supercat pa lang ako nakapagpa-reserve, 11:00 am, pero pending pa.

di ko gets website ng ocean jet at weesam. pano ba magpareserve sa kanila para may back-up. thanks!

^ for oceanjet, try mo sa mfc travel and tours, they issue e-ticket and based in manila. you can find the contact details in ocean jet's website.

if wala talaga makuha na desired time since we will arrive in cebu from kalibo 1pm, will bite the bullet and get the 630pm ferry na

Update: I called 2Go and they said until November 14 pa lang yung schedule that they have. Better to reserve na daw online so they can inform us if may schedule na and reserved na daw yung ticket.

^ that's what we usually do before, few days before tsaka bibili but i wanted to be sure this time because of the earthquake and yun nga, they schedule changed and they cut down the trips. reserve ka na lang, you will pay din naman sa 2go counter if ever.

hi sisses went to Bohol last week. sobrang nakaka-awa yung mga nasiraan ng bahay  sarado yung sagbayan peak nung nagpunta kami, Nov 1 daw ang opening. Pati yung choco hills sa Carmen Nov 1 daw open. sira sira yung mga daan so ang layo ng iikutan ng mga sasakyan. sabi ng tour guide namin Nov 22 daw open na lahat ng tourist spots.

Thank God wala kong nakita sira sa Panglao Island maliban sa Dauis church at yung bridge na galing tagbilaran, may crack na konti sa gitna. We were able to swim sa Dumaluan. Ganda pa rin sya...

salamat sa mga feedbacks at updates mga sis. Malaking tulong para sa mga kagaya namin na pupunta pa lang. At least alam na namin ang mga maasahan pagpunta namin. Kamusta pala ang aftershocks, meron pa ba?

nandon din yong mga friend ko last week & based sa pic ang ganda pa rin ng panglao. parang walang nangyari, nag-balicasag pa sila

Yes, thrice ko naranasan yung aftershocks. last nung 10pm nung saturday, medyo malakas mga 3 secs siguro yun. We also visited Punta Cruz, sira sya pero open naman yung area na yun. dun kami nag-lunch. Tinignan ko yung sea bed dun na may crack at tumaas. Medyo mahirap yung daan sa detour, as in. Yung tour guide namin nagtanong tanong pa ng ibang daan kase nga pasikot sikot yung daan sa loob. You can PM me kung gusto nyo try yung sinakyan namin. Tour guide ko sya for the longest time tuwing pupunta ko ng Bohol  Nakita ko din pala yung Abatan bridge sa Maribojoc, grabeh lang...

pupunta din kameng bohol on nov 17-19, manila to cebu. then tagbilaran-manila. birthday celebration pa naman sana namen to kaya lang worried na rin ako. since manggagaling kame sa cebu, worried ako na di kame makatawid papuntang tagbilaran..

Thanks sis angelofthemorning. [textspeak!] mag PM ako sa iyo pag malapit na kami. Feb pa namin ang punta namin, pero yun na kasi yung next vacation namin na nakaline-up kaya nakatutok ako sa updates. Ok lang naman sa akin mag beach na lang kung sakaling hassle pa mag city tour kasi may kasama kaming bata.
