I know this post is from 2013 pa, but just in case you're still looking for the answer, sis...The beads that are used for outdoor furniture is I think 'yung polystyrene beads. 'Yan kasi 'yung ginagamit pag outdoor furniture, including bean bags. Para siyang type of plastic. Ok talaga siya for outdoor furniture, kaya lang, may mga environmentalists na medyo against sa use ng polystyrene kasi hamrful daw for the environments. But, I think meron namang mga furniture makers who have found ways to create polystyrene beads furniture na environmentally friendly.

any feedback dun sa mga synthetic rattan outdoor furniture?

This question was from 4yrs back, that synthetic rattan is poly resin wicker, durable for outside use. We bought our patio furniture last summer, it stays outside for a good 4 months tops, then we put it inside.  The material is easy to clean and can withstand hot sun exposure.
