Budget allotment for your child's 1st birthday

Where did you research about your suppliers?  I was told na 150k daw for 100 guests.  I don't want to be spending so much on my baby's birthday pero nadala ko narin naman siya sa disneyland with yaya last holyweek so no need to do the same thing on his birthday.  Iba parin yung may celebration sa christening ng baby natin.

^ running budget as of today is 270k for 200guests (total adults and kids), sana wag na tumaas pa.. we started with a base budget of 200k, nadagdagan ng nadagdagan. hehe..

Yung ibang suppliers, same nung sa binyag ni baby last year. Like the stylist (The Party People Party Organizers), cake (JB's Sweets), photog (For Keeps), etc.

Yung sa food carts, nabasa ko lang dito sa GT. Ms. Odette ng Sweets Services, ok naman feedback ng GT sisses. Pati yung sa souvenirs/tokens (Booths Republic), dito ko din sa GT nakuha yata. Yung Taho Station sa google ko lang nahanap. Yung soya ice cream naman, kilala ko may-ari so i decided to try it out.

Hay, mega-research and inquire talaga ako. Kasi 1st time ko to organize a kiddie party. Yung binyag kasi we booked the restaurant lang for exclusive use. No program, mainly kain and tsika-tsika lang. So mas madali.

Told myself to keep to 200K but with what I want, looks like we'll surpass, though what's driving the excess are "wants" more than "needs" So we'll see!

When my daughter celebrated her first birthday, i think aabot sa 20k..4-5 entrèe, cake, balloons, drinks, lechon..

for my daughter's 1st birthday sa jollibee, we had 36adults (including 3pax from p&v) and 19kids. I had different menus for the kids and adults.

we paid 12k sa jollibee. we spent 5k for the p&v. 600 for the cake and cupcakes. around 700 for the candies. 1k for 10ml perfumes and 600 for coloring books/colored pens as giveaways for adult and kids respectively.

just a little below 20k in total

GOOD DAY! yung baby ko din mag one na siya sa march 2016 kaya nag iisip na din ako ng plan for his birthday. ang theme niya is NBA(Basketball theme) [textspeak!] bonus namin ni hubby at 13 month pay namin nakalaan na sa baby namin, so ang pinagpipilian ko is KFC and MCDO or mag rent ng isang event place at cater kaso lalaki pa gastos kasi after ng party automatic may drinking session sa bahay so gastos ulit. kaya nag hahanap ako na maganda at malaking branch ni KFC or ni MCDO. then sa decorations since malapit lang samin divisoria,168,tabora ako na lang mag dedecor, balak ko din mag candy buffet ako na lang din gagawa since may mga bilihan naman ng candies sa divisoria. balak ko mag photobooth pero naisip ko pag may ganun nawawala focus nila sa party kaya naisip ko mag rent na lang ako photographer. kailangan mag laan lang talaga ng budget kung hangang saan baka mamaya kasi ma short na kame after party.

Hi Mommies, nairaos na din ang 1st Birthday of our 1st Baby! We had an initial budget of 100k pero nadagdagan ng konti. 
We spent 130k for 130 guests. We invested much sa Venue, Food and Host. Less gastos sa Decor. Then enough spend lang sa Souvenirs, Prizes and Cake. We also had 2 food carts, Sorbetes and Candy Buffet na good for 50pax lang. Parang sobra pa nga yan kase halos busog na daw yung ibang guest namin nung Lunch Buffet na.
For me kase Guest may not remember the decor but would always appreciate a Good Host. They would also remember the Food! 
Thank God nag enjoy naman lahat ng Guest namin and the party went awesome!

240K for 230 guests for my son's first birthday. Not bad

Sa June mag-1yo si LO and since both hubby and I are based abroad, I am starting to plan ngayon pa lang. Our budget is 80k max. Venue would be Fun ranch Ortigas. Cater, host, magician and balloon twister and food carts from them around 70k na. Estimated guests ay 20kids and 80 adults. Cake would be shouldered by hubby's cousin, photo and video coverage and photobooth by my sibs. Loot bags and giveaways na lang concern 'ko. Hopefully mapagkasya 'ko yung remaining less than 10k. =)

We set a budget of 70k-80k sa birthday ng baby girl ko this April, 40k venue and food, 9k backdrop & balloon décor, to book pa lang host/magician bubbleshow & facepaint 5k, mascot budget 5k, PV budget 5k, if carry pa kiddie salon 2.5k

sis Pretty_aye: try mo mag inquire sa YMMAgic sa FB accommodating sila sa mga queries mo at di sila ganun ka mahal pero ang quality is superb. yung package nila may kasama ng kiddie salon saka ang ganda ng set up nila.

also if you want to avail Photobooth try to search for Onefunday photobooth may kasama na din P/V sa package nila. hope this helps.
