We got Little J for our 2nd baby's 1st birthday party. They give the raw and edited photos na right after the party We love the photos! They arrive early and Joshua is very good too with the kids.

We had Jet Lamosa and David Lim for our son's 1st birthday party. I was glad that they came earlier than me and shooting when I arrived. Mejo napansin ko lang sa photos, hindi lahat ng guest may picture sa kanila lalo na yung mga late comers. They are only two in the party, David is in the video and Jet for the photos. When Erney started his program dun na sila pareho nakatutok. So hindi na talaga nakuhanan yung ibang guests. On the side note, I was impressed kasi they sent us the raw and edited photos plus the MTV video in less than a week. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service plus they are affordable.

Hi, does anyone have Shutter Count's contact number?  I am getting very disappointed with them. 

Jan 19 - I inquired.
Jan 20 - I deposited to reserve my date and time. 
Jan 28 - I confirmed my venue, no reply. 
Feb 9 - I asked for acknowledgement, they said they will send me the contract soon. 
Feb 11 - I tried to schedule our Pre-event shoot schedule... To this date no reply!!! 

I don't have a contract and I can't process the permit required for our pre-event shoot because I have yet to get any response from them.

Halos same issue tayo sis..
Our event is on sunday na..
Monday: I texted and fb messaged (seenzoned) pero no reply
Pinalipas ko baka busy lang..
Wednesday: fb pm still seenzoned.
Thursday: today, I texted.. sana naman magreply. Pag hindi pa tatawag na talaga ako..

Just sending them reminders lang naman for our event which is sa sunday na. Ano ba naman yung magreply sila ng we got it or noted since nababasa naman nila yung messages.. para naman hindi naka hang lang client.. i'm not the type naman na makulit pero pag ganitong 1week na lang sana naman they give time to reply to client. My other suppliers sila pa nag contact saken for reminders eh.. hayss.
Hindi ko tuloy alam kung dadating sila o hinde..

@herroyalbleakness - baby mo pala yun, sis. When we saw that set, nagandahan talaga kami ni hubby sa mga shots nila. Pretty much they are new no? Dito ko lang din kasi sa thread sila nahanap.

Problem ko din sa Shutter Count yung delayed response nila. I'm still at the inquiry stage but the turnaround time is too slow. Looking at their portfolio, I'm impressed naman so I'm hoping na I won't get stressed come the event.

We got Jet Lamosa of For Keeps for my baby's binyag in late-2014. Also for my baby's 1st birthday in 2015. This weekend, me pinuntahan kami 1st birthday party and sya ang photographer. Aliw kasi naalala pa nya kami, pati name ni baby (na kasama din namin). So kumustahan din ng konti. Bait talaga sya.

I also book reiward photography, super affordable and madaling kausap.
They just ask for the details of the event and book the slot for me, when I ask about the deposit, I was told that they don't ask for any deposit to avoid any hassle for the customer.
Since we are based overseas, it's very helpful to find suppliers like them, thanks for your post sis highness 127.

Yes, on the day na raw yung payment nila so less hassle talaga. Sila na rin pinagawa ko ng tarp and invite layout, outcome was nice and neat

To those who experienced the same with Shuttercount na hindi sila nagrereply agad and hindi nila maibigay yung contract.. nagpakita ba sila during your event? or pinalitan ninyo na sila? Worried na kasi ako  sobra.... baka maging problem ko pa sila sa mismong birthday nang baby ko May number ba kayo nila?

sis sakin ganyan din sila before, hindi talaga sila pala-reply, pero sumipot naman sila nung event ko.. worried nga ako kasi di man lang sila nag tatanong kung pano pumunta sa venue, yun pala suki na sila ng one cafe and events place...

got Little J for my daughters 1st bday, ok sana iba pics and nagrereply when i was inquiring, after the party there were some photos taken last part ng party na wala sa files na Joshua sent. I contacted him but auto-reply na ako and since then deadma na sya. disappointing
