I sent a message to For Keeps Photo just now. Unfotunately, somebody has already pencil-booked my chosen date. But Mr. David is gracious enough to give me until tomorrow for the final feedback as he will be asking the other client first (that alone says a lot about his character

@sis bagaholic_chewy, Rio Jones covered my son's baptism last Aug 2 and they are really nice to work with.  They are very professional, ang sipag din nila kumuha ng pictures and video.  I love the output.  I love their style in taking and editing pictures.  So far sa lahat ng nagcover ng kiddie parties ng mga babies ko, I liked Rio Jones' output best, photos ha, I haven't seen the video yet eh.  And I saw from their site that they have even reduced their rates.  Actually, I already got a discount originally P14,900 pero they had a promo na pag binyag they give 2k discount, pero now the package is only P10,900, I think its super sulit with the quality of output that you get.  I highly recommend them...

^ thanks, sis. unfortunately, di na ulit sumagot si Monark sa email after ng follow-up query ko. e gusto ko na maka-book kasi one month na lang before binyag ni baby so yun, I inquired with For Keeps and mabilis naman sila mag-reply, pati sa follow-up questions ko mabilis summagot so I booked with For Keeps na lang. sana ok din si Jet..

Happiness!!! I booked David Lim of For Keeps on my daughter's 1st birthday. Saludo ako kay David, for he tried to accommodate / squeeze-in lang our schedule. Booked na kasi sya on that date, I guess morning yung schedule nya. When I saw his sample works, I know sya na yung gusto kong kunin. So I'm so thankful na naayos namin yung schedule. Btw, P4,000 na pala yung rate nya for photo only (P3,500 pa yung nasa website) then may kasamang 30 pcs. print-out. I'm still thinking if i-avail ko rin yung video (P4,500) and pre-shoot (P3,000) ng For Keeps.

Hi mga sis! Share ko lang..i got Obscura X for my baby's baptism. I got their photo/video package na P5500. Yung nagpunta nun event was si Jai and may 3 pang iba. Very masipag and accomodating si Jai at yung team niya.  Ok naman over-all including yung final output.  In fact, nagsend pa siya ulit ng new cd nung video kasi sabi ko mali yung date! Kaso ang hindi ko lang masyado type is yung "filter" or "exposure" na ginamit nila..sorry hindi ko alam if that's the correct term for it. Para kasi masyadong bright na pinkish yung kinalabasan nun lahat ng pictures e. I want to get them din sana ulit but gusto ko medyo iba naman yung maging itsura ng pictures. Eto yung album namen sa page nila:

sis ok din si Jet, super nice din sya and magaling din sila.  I was initially booking them for my son's baptism kaya lang booked na sila on that date so I had to look for another photo/video kaya ko naman natry ang Rio Jones.  Sya nagcover ng 4th birthday ng daughter ko last November naman.  Super sipag din nila and super sipag din.  Ok din ang out put nila, I'm sure you'll be happy with their work . 

^ @sis prettysherry, pareho tayo sis, hindi ko masyadong type yung overly bright na filter, I prefer the output to look a bit more vintage yung parang medyo faded.  Well kanya kanya nga siguro ng preference

That's my feedback on Obscura X din. I didn't get them as my photographer but we attended a party na sila yung nag-cover and when I saw the photos, na-shock naman ako na naging mestiza ako eh morena ko talaga haha. Super bright ng photos. I don't like naman na hinde natural colors yung lumalabas.

Jet is good, He covered our event and he's nice and easy to talk to, no hassles plus output is fine and fast, he'll even update you on its progress Nag back read ako sa thread and those For Keeps guys are professional.

^Sis twelvth_goddess natawa naman ako dun!! But you're right kasi naging ganun nga yung itsura nung ibang guests namen! hehe kaloka! instant fairness ang peg! sayang nga lang kasi mura sila. sana pwede i-request na wag gawing ganun yun filter nila!

^Maganda sana na maaliwalas yung photos nila but yun nga, instant tisay lang ang effect hahaha. I guess they would be ok naman if you give them that feedback. Maybe kase iniisip nila, normally, people like that they look fair on photos.

Depende ata sis kung sino ang photographer na magcocover sayo. Ang alam ko kasi si Quincy ang main photographer nila, sila ni Jayson ang first team ng Obscura. I haven't met Jai though. They (Quincy and Jayson) covered my son's 1st to 3rd birthday. Ok naman yung photos, may enhancement pero hindi naman OA yung skin color.

For Keeps covered my daughter's baptism. Jet was very professional and ang ganda ng mga kuha. he's very accommodating din when i requested him to take photos of specific people and objects like un mga designs sa venue. and the hard copies and the cds were delivered after 2 days, super fast! highly recommended!

^ Si Jet din will cover my baby's binyag next month.. medyo kakastress kasi walang downpayment na hiningi, walang contract, etc. Baka bigla di sumipot sa church. Hehe.

But mukhang maganda feedback sa For Keeps sa thread na to so I'm praying and hoping na all goes well din sa amin.
