Yes I have tried it as well, ok sya mabilis akong mabawasan, ranging from 2-3 cm for my waist line kaso mabilis din bumalik pag hindi ka nagpigil sa pagkain at hindi nag exercise. Good combination dito is exercise and watch what you eat.

Bought  coupons from symmetrique in metrodeal. I called 3days before my intended appointment date and asked to have it their makati branch.
The girl I talked to named "Ja" confirmed my appointment. Lo and behold, pag dating ko sa makati address, hindi alam ng building guard kung ano yung
symmetrique, hindi daw nila tenant yun. Pinakita niya sakin yung list ng tenant nila, wala nga doon, and yung unit na nakalagay sa metrodeal info, vacant unit daw.
I called symmetrique again using the reception's phone, dun lang sinabi sakin na 'under renovation' daw ang makati branch nila, and that they dont know kung
kelan matatapos. Sa ortigas or timog na lang daw ako. Hello, taga south kaya ako, kaya nga sa makati ako nagpa appointment e. Tsk! Fake ba yang symmetrique na yan???
Goodbye 2k+! Dont buy promos from them! Grr!

Has anyone tried the lipo cav in Sexy Solutions? I saw their prices and they're not easy on the pockets so I'm researching if effective ba talaga. Is it a good alternative to Smartlipo? Ayoko kasi gumastos na sa Sexy Solutions tapos ending Smartlipo then after because it didn't work. I'm based here in Mindanao so medyo mahirap pabalik balik sa Manila.
