Hello! Grabe ngayon ko lang natapos ang part 1 and 2. Parang trilogy lang. haha!

Anyway, target date is October 8, 2014. Ask din sana ako ng help.

Wanted 200k budget sana. I'm looking at the Ilustrado package for 150pax. It costs 157k ++ na. Church budget naman is 20k.

So that leaves more or less 30k. So kamusta naman sa HMU, entourage attires, giveaways, videos/photos, etc.

Possible ba ang 200k for 150 pax? Parang ayoko itaas as much as possible ang budget. Pero worst scenario siguro 250k?

Also, has anywone tried Ilustrado? How's their food? Setting? Staff? Please share naman if may idea kayo please.

Naguluhan ako sa package nila sa website. Well actually, masaya sana yung package nila kasi 150k may kasama na HMU, gowns, videographers, etc. Wala nga lang hotel accommodations.

Wanted to find out muna sana if you have feedback about them before I contact them.. that way hindi ko na rin masayang yung time nila if ever hindi pala ok yung reviews.

Hi Sis femmenagerie, last year nakapagfood taste sina mama at mga sister ko kasi wedding ng isa kong sister last year, nagbook na sila jan. Masarap ang foods walang tanong sabi nila mama enjoy kasi sila that time, kaya lang hindi sila tumuloy kasi parang naliitan sa venue dahil nung una 150 lang guest nila kaso nadagdagan eh wala ng avail kasi fully booked na din Illustrado, December kasi last year wedding ng sis ko hot month pala yun, ayun naghanap nalng sila ng hotel. Sayang nga yung 10k na downpayment. Kaya dapat if Dec ang wedding nagbobook ng maaga.. Yun lang sis ma-share ko as of now.. Di din ako magaling sa budgeting eh kasi 150pax dn target namin kaso hindi keri [textspeak!] 200k sa catering at venue plng un..hay ang mahal talga T T..Di ko din alam san puwede magtipid pa..Nakapagbook kami ng photogs nagbigay na kami ng downpayment kaso mukhang nagbabago isip namin kasi parang hindi kami satisfied na sa mga photos nya..Kaya baka masayang ang DP namin dahil di na makukuha..Yung give aways namin sis ay [textspeak!] Photobooth na..hehe..

Hanson15: I think I saw yung name na Ilustrado somewhere sa mga forums dito and decided to email them. Haha! yup venue and cater ilustrado.. Gusto ko rin sana Ibarra's garden. I'm checking my notes now.. For 150 pax, sabi nila it'll be PhP 10420/ head + 12% vat. so kung tama ang math ko cheaper siya than Ilustrado... Total na nakuha ko was PhP 116,760.. Again yan eh kung tama ang math ko. Haha! Excess of 150pax will be PhP 778.40/head. I can share yung pdf files nila Ilustrado and Ibarra's to anyone who's interested. Para may reference kayo. Just let me know Ang diff lang ata nilang 2 is that Ilustrado is within Intramuros while Ibarra's Garden is sa may P. Faura if I remember correctly.. Also, walang overnight sa Ibarra's. Sa totoo lang parang mas friendly yung feeling ko with Ibarra's pero habol ko rin yung hotel eh. para less to worry about. I'm not sure lang if makakamura din talaga if kuhanin ko si Ibarra's tapos book a separate hotel. And depende pa sa food tasting pala

@honeybee830: thank you sa feedback abt ilustrado. I heard it's good, too. But coming from you na almost na-book na pala ng mom and sister mo si Ilustrado.. I'd say masarap nga. Hahaha! 8 din pala yung date niyo! :p

sis, kung totoo man, ok sana pero PLEASE be careful sa pag-decide. kasi yung mga ganyan na package usually wala ka naman choice sa supplier included in the package. tulad nung isa kong personal na nakita, kasama gowsn, photo and video etc, ang panget naman yung gowns lahat pinardible para magkasya, yung P/V old school

sis femmenagerie, tama si sis ayie.. be careful.. minsan parang ang attractive nung budget/package nila pero make sure na mareview mo maigi para sigurado ka..kami initially sabi ko 250k for 150 pax.. hehe.. kaso ngayon almost 300k na.. sakit sa ulo magbudget.. pwede siguro ang 200k for 150 pax pero super DIY ka and l-letgo mo talaga yung mga nice to have's.. or baka may mga pwede magsponsor sa inyo.. kami kc ni h2b kme talaga halos lahat  magffinance eh except for the ring lang..

pv and catering sis. Lalo na yung pv kasi mabilis sila magtaas ng rates para naka price lock kana. Pero ask mo ng mabuti ah. Kung tumatanggap sila ng pricelock as in hindi na magiincrease ng rates.

ayieloveszavi: onga eh. nakakapagtaka kasi talaga. Eh I think super may point ka about having no choice sa mga suppliers. nakakatakot. hehe. napaisip nga ako before ko i-paste yang link na yan kasi baka may makakuha sa kanila ang magregret. wag naman sana. hehe.

msbarista: i was hoping to DIY, too! I like keeping myself busy eh. haha. at ang hirap alisin ng nice to haves to think wala pa sa mga excel files ko ang nice to haves kasi hindi pa ako ngcontact ng mga suppliers for those. hehe. hanap na lang muna ako ng alternative package compared to Ilustrado. hehe.

I second the motion sis.  Be really careful in booking suppliers especially kapag super mura. Sabi nga nila yung too good to be true, madalas hindi true. Pero possible din naman talaga na may ganyan ka mura pero don't expect quality. I suggest kung gusto mo makatipid, mag DIY ka ng ibang stuff. Yung mga major work like photo, video, catering etc, dun ka mag invest dahil hindi pwede i DIY. hehe

Hello! You can try Rejectkrew..below 10k yung rate nila and branded yung equipments..till matapos yung event..they also do setups for live band

For me ang pinaka important na book agad are 1. Venue 2. Caterer 3. P/V ..sa kanila mostly malaki yung percentage ng budget mo..malaking bagay din yung pagbbook early dahil sa pricelock 'coz every year nag iincrease sila

Sis femmenagerie, masarap sa Ilustrado. Go to place namen dun if we are around Manila eh. We love the food there. And ambiance is nice too! But as mentioned by the others, be wary of the all in packages given by some coordinators. It is not always reliable. And also, you don't know the quality of the output of these people yet. There are other p/v naman that are low priced na sure ka na sa quality!

Also, just to mention, Ilustrado is kinda pricey. If you really want to stick to the budget that you want maybe you can also consider getting a venue and reasonable caterer nalang. Just my two cents.

Sis iceheaven31, the monitors, these are LCD Screens? If it's already included then reasonable na yan. I agree with jepjep20, Rejectkrew is already a household name here in GT. Nice equipment and kuya Elmer is also really nice.
