^sis, pa help please since you seem to know a lot about perfumes 
i don't really buy perfumes for myself, most of what i have are just gifts or pasalubong, hehe. but i do appreciate a good scent, parang nakaka uplift kasi ng mood.
i usually like mild floral scents, with a hint of musk. basta hindi granny-ish or nakakahilo, and i don't like fruity or overly citrus scents.
i currently like gucci flora, but i only apply very little kasi medyo overpowering yung "musky" dry down nya pag maraming spritz . the problem is hindi ma smell ng sister ko on me, para daw hindi ako naka perfume. can you suggest a similar,less musky scent with moderate sillage?
i've also tried burberry baby touch since it's what my sister is currently using. i love the mild powdery scent, pero hindi rin nag la-last on me. ( but i don't like overly powdery scents, yung parang generic baby powder lang talaga ang amoy, hehe)
and what do you think about tresor in love by lancome? floral din ba? parang nice kasi yung description online and chic and classy yung bottle, hehe. thanks sis!
By the way sis, are you planning on using this as an everyday scent, like more of a signature scent?

Gucci Flora, do you have the edt or the edp version? ( the edp bottle should have a yellow-colored juice). Maybe your sister is anosmic to it or may your skin just soaks up the perfume. If it helps, try using an odorless body oil and apply it on the spots where you spray on your perfume. It usually helps in making the scent stay longer. Maybe you need a stronger, heavier perfume. Our body chemistries have a big say on how the perfumes behave on our skin. I suggest you go and test different perfumes and see how these turn out before buying them. Remember to spray it on your skin and not on the test papers, because there is a big difference. And only up to 3 perfumes per testing because our noses get fatigued after a while and in the end, they will all smell the same to you.
As for Powdery perfumes, try the
Chloe Love,Chloe and
Chanel Eau Premiere. Once you can get past through the opening notes and wait for the drydown, these are lovely scents.
Love Chloe can be a bit strong powdery upon the opening, but the powder mellows done as the florals come into the picture. There is musk here, but it is not that dominant. This will probably remind you of baby shampoo, dusting powders, fine handmade soaps or the smell of makeups. However, doesn't smell like perfume at all, IMO. It is super feminine, could blend beautifully with your natural skinscent and nobody will realize that you are wearing a perfume, which is what I love about Love, Choe. The staying powder is also very good. It lasts up to 10 hours on me.
Chanel Eau Premiere has the same spirit as the original Chanel No 5 but sans the strong Aldehyde ( aldehyde usually cause headaches because of its sharpness, especially on the opening). There is powder here too when you to the heart of the fragrance, it turns into this clean powdery scent which is very refreshing. The only concern i see with Eau Premier is that you might not like the chanel no 5 similiarity, plus it could turn bitter on your skin. On the otherhand, EP's strong point here is that it is a more wearable, updated version of Chanel no 5 and the staying power, though as not as very good as the original No 5, it still lasts around 4, tops 6 hours on me.

Lancome Tresor in Love is a peachy, rose perfume. It is alright... Inoffensive and safe. I am sorry, but in my opinion, and not to sound like a snob, I find it a bit generic. But hey, if you tried it and you find it gorge on you, why not, right? Your preference is what really matters.
But if i may suggest, since you seem to be drawn to roses, try
Stella McCartney Stella,
D&G The One Rose or
Bvlgari Rose Essentialle.
