dami naming nagamit from HHN citronella, Moskishield, Chicco Portable Device, etc pero ang nag-work talaga sa amin is yung electric bug zapper. never na sya nagkaroon ng kagat since then. kakatakot lang pag gabi baka magka-electrical problem tapos himbing ng tulog ko, e mas malapit yung zapper sa crib kesa sa akin.

Mukang effective yung hhn citronella spray hindi nilalamok si baby along with the baygon na sinasaksak walang lamok na nakakalapit

As per pedia, sadyang lapitin ng lamok ang babies  more so than us adults. my baby, super kawawa kasi nangitim yun mga kagat ng lamok nya. i've tried several products, lahat ng makita kong organic/natural na anti lamok binibili ko. almost all products same same lang - minimal coverage, lotions need to be re-applied every 2-4 hrs.

- moskishield - yun sticker. not so much protection for me. matapang pa amoy. same with other stickers.
- b gone - slight smell. hindi malagkit sa baby.
- indigo baby shoo fly dont bother me - better smelling then b-gone, pero ang bilis maubos.
- hhn bug shield - super tapang ng smell. not for babies, imo.
- hhn citronella spray - i spray this sa paligid ng crib, stroller, sofa or kung san sya nakapwesto
- giga insect repeller spray - same with the hhn citronella spray

^ never tried yun mga baygon na naka saksak, kasi feeling ko chemical yun e. paranoid lang kasi i want to expose my baby to less chemicals. but what do i know, sa dami naman ng pahid pahid at spray ko e di rin pala ganun ka-ok yun.

saan meron citronella oil? ipapapahid ko sana sa mga walls at ipapahalo ko sa tubig pag nag mop kaya sana yung malalaking bottles ng citronella

I use HHN citronella bug spray on my daughter. At the same time, I use Homelife citronella air diffuser around the house para everywhere my daughter goes, may extra protection. I stopped using the moskishield patches na kase hinde naman longlasting.

I use moski shield patches but instead of sticking them on my baby's clothing,I stick them around the windows, doors, bottom of her crib, etc. I don't use a lot since her room is small and the smell is strong. Effective naman for us....but then again we live in a condo.

Sa watsons and mercury drug stores nagbebenta sila ng Moskishield. Be careful with using it. Patch kasi sya na ilalagay mo sa damit ni baby. I stopped using Moskishield nung nagstart na maggrab ng things si baby at sinusubo ang hawak nya. Nakita ko kasi hawak hawak na ni baby yun moskishield patch, buti nakita ko before nya isubo. Kahit sa may pants nya namin ilagay naaabot n nya kya we sopped using it.

Moskishield stickers
Giga lemongrass spray - this is mabango and safe for babies.  Kahit sa sheets and curtains, okay ito spray.  You can buy this by the liter at Sesou or Giga outlets.

We also tried using Burt's Bees kaya lang oily.  Yung sa HHN, ayaw ko ng amoy kasi ang tapang.

Buy citronella plant. Kahit isang maliit na pot lang beside the baby's crib. Kapag umaalis naman kami, we put moskishield sticker on her pants/socks tapos meron pa siyang band na may scent ng citronella sa loob. Forgot the name pero we bought it sa mothercare, nsa P899/ band with 1 refill of citronella. Effective naman lahat...

i use a portable mosquito net lang muna. di pa ako comfortable sa mga lotions. sensitive masyado si baby.

Mosquitoes are my problem too... Puro kagat na si baby at nagingitim. Last night I went to mother care to find a solution. Wala akong makita na pang infant.

Okay sa kids ko ang Giga Baby pero ang Giga Eucalyptus, nakagat pa rin kami.
Someone gave a great tip of reusing the Moski shield patches and just spraying mosquito repellant of your choice on it.
