Hello Sissies, Anyone here under Doc Joan Tan-Garcia, feedback pls. Am TTC for 2 years, PCOS bilateral. Prescribed with metformin, vit B12, folic acid, vit D3.   Not responding to clomiphene and femara. First round of injectables - failed . Thanks!

When you say did not respond to clomiphene and femara, ibig sabihin hindi nagdevelop ng matured follicles? Ano daw next step nyo sis?

Hello Sis. Gonal-F gamit ko. tapos choragon yung trigger shot. may nagmature naman na follicle pero failed pa din. di ko din natanong bakit failed.

Tapos sis barbillie, yung next step sakin dahil hindi ako nagrespond sa oral meds ay injectables. pero failed pa din sakin e.

First round of injectables - failed Siya kasi yung OB ko pero sabi hiyangan pa din daw sa OB so naiisip ko kasi magpalit ng OB, or baka lang ganon yung strategy ni doc.

sis dpmallo19 baka gusto mo try ob. Dr. Eileen Manalo. successful agad first IUI ko sa kanya. Letrozole, Gonal-F at Ovidrel. Sa Gonal-F ko 3 days lang naka 375 iu ako all in all.

@damonsgirl thank you sis! may contact ka ba ni dr eileen manalo and saan siya. how much IUI sis. kasi yung first ko na Gonal F naka 900 iu ako. ang gastos. tsaka pwede din malaman kelan option yung IUI, nagregular procedure lang kami after ko injectables e. maraming salamat sis!

ako sis IUI agad ang pinagawa ni Dr. Manalo basing sa lab results namin ni hubby, hindi talaga kaya dahil below normal ang sperm count nya. sabi nga nya on the day ng IUI, had she known na ganun kakonti ang sperm ni hubby post-wash, sana IVF na daw agad ginawa namin. eh hindi ko naman afford yun. buti nalang nagwork ang first round ng IUI namin.

^si dra aguilar yun last ob ko pero after two failed iui hindi na ako bumalik. Naturn off din ako nun kasi after the iui procedure basta iniwan na lang kami sa secretary. Hehe. We  decided to rest muna emotionally and financially na rin hehe. Pero baka by last quarter this year or january next year pag wala pa rin balik check up ulit pero sa ibang OB naman. Maybe I will try Dra. Israel. Yun 2 sis natin dito after 3 months napreggy agad, both of them have same issues of pcos, endo and low sperm count. If malapit ka sa banawe maybe you should try her. Magaling naman si Dra Aguilar pero sobrang busy niya dahil aside sa dami niyang patients dami rin niya commitments. Nagtuturo pa ata siya. I have nothing against her pero siguro sa dami na niya patients hindi na niya natutukan lalo na yun mga bagong patients. Kaya kasi din ako sa kanya before kasi referred siya ng ka officemate ko and mura pf niya sa friendly care. 😊

Ay ganun ba sis? First choice pa naman namin sya.. Pero gusto ko kasi alaga talaga kami. Maybe we will try dr Israel na lang din.. (Maybe I'll see you there haha.) Would you know sis Kung may ultrasound machine sya sa clinic? That would be a big plus for us. We took a momentary break from ttc but I'm now halfway through my cycle and excited to go on another round lezdodiz ladies!!
