blueberryalmond - naku hindi nga maganda yun experience mo kay dra, i've been with her for almost a year na and sa sobra daming patients niya need mo talaga ng patience. Hehe. There was one time na almost disappointed ako kasi i thought hindu niya ako sisiputin sa sched ng HSG, buti na lang nagreply siya sa text ko. And sinula nun I feel na ok naman pala siya, super busy lang talaga siya.  Ang magnada sa kanya ay optimistic siya at medyo affordable compare sa iba. Pero kung hindi mo siya feel, i suggest try to look for another, medyo busy siya baka hindi ka rin niya maalagaan.

Hi onlytechgirl, i'm glad ok un experience mo ke dra aguilar. :-) My cousin is begging me to give her a second chance. Sya kasi nagrecommend ke dra kasi nga ok daw talaga. Pero na-off nako. And  you are right.dahil busy sya, baka d nya ko maalagaan. Ayoko pa naman ng nagmamadali na doctor at naiinis pag me mga questions ka. I believe mayroon na ob na swak sakin at hopefully mahanap ko na sya.  :-)

@blueberryalmond -  Sis I understand how you feel kasi that's exactly how I felt when I first came to Doc Aguilar. That time di ko nagets yung system ng queue but I persisted to stay and gave it a chance. More of desperation to have a child na rin siguro yung nafeel ko that time kaya I managed to stay calm. 

I first came to know Dr. Aguilar's expertise from a tv feature, flashback episode pa yun ni Howie Severino. Since then, I made my own research about her and dito sa GT ko nalaman yung location ng clinics niya. I made the right decision to see her as I got pregnant agad  a month later, that without Doc checking my hubby yet. Imagine our disbelief and overwhelming joy, that after 13 years of trying and 8 ob-gynes around the country claiming to be fertility specialists, we were finally having our very own baby! Sobrang bonus pa na she has the lowest consultation fee among the others I've been to.

Now, my little girl is turning 2 and watching her sleep makes me teary-eyed and forever grateful. I would never forget that day I almost went back home because I was the last patient Doc Angge attended to. Sa isip-isip ko "bakit kaya ganun e di naman ako yung nasa dulo ng listahan." Eventually, after succeeding checkups I came to understand bakit ganun ang sistema niya & I realized na effective naman. Nangyari na rin sa akin yung mag-antay sa clinic niya for 2-3 hours only to be told may pinapaanak pa si doc and di pa siya makakabalik kasi may emergency. Giving birth has its own risks. Even scheduled deliveries have their own complications.

I'm just speaking of my personal experience ha. I am not being paid here to defend Doctora. I'm just one of her happy patients and pag tinatanong kami ni hubby sino ang ob-gyne na nag-alaga sa akin, without batting our lashes we refer Doc Angge.

@tamarind26 thanks for sharing your inspiring story. I'm so happy for u. It gives me hope that in God's time, we too will be blessed with our own baby here on earth. Haha siguro sensitive lang ako. But nadisappoint lang talaga ako nun. Kasi as in the day before prinepare ko pa lahat ng previous blood tests, procedures, tvs, utz, at lahat ng medical records ko. I made a summary of all irregularities na nakita sakin and i even prepared a timeline. Inimagine ko na kausap ko sya and i'm asking all questions na hindi ko natanong sa ob ko. At that day, i had a check up sa ent nung am. Then i came around 1 pm for the 3 pm schedule. Naglista nako sa paper wala pa un secretary nun. Then i waited one by one tinawag na lahat ng patient except me. Nung ako nalang mag isa the secretary told me that doctora cannot see me anymore. @_@

Anyway, i'm glad na ok ang experience nyo with her. Minsan ganun talaga baka minalas lang ang timing. Maybe i will reconsider. Thanks sis. If it is okay, can i ask you the names of the other experts na napacheckan mo? Kasi i have other doctors in mind..just wondering what un experience mo sa kanila and do you mind sharing it with me? will pm u. Super thanks

Hello mga sis, sali lang din ako about sa topic kay doc aguilar, di ko din siya nagustuhan, lalo ang tagal tagal hinihintay tapos wala pang 5 mins. tapos na ang checkup. pag tinetext mo pa, sasabhin sayo na magpunta ka na lang sa clinic para mag discuss. nung follicle monitoring ko naman, ang tagal din niya dumating, tapos wala pang 5 mins tapos na, ng hindi siya nagsasalita or ine explain kung ano yung gnagawa nya.. bibigyan ka lang ng dates to do the BD. nung unsuccessfull yung cycle ko sa kanya, sabi ko na lang sa kanya na stop na ko sa work up, ang ginawa ko na lang, sinundan ko yung timing ng workup based sa binigay niya na dates. ayun! okay naman at nakabuo kami. pero never na ako bumalik. ang sungit pa kasi ng secretary niya kaya ayoko talaga dun. muntik ko pa makaaway dahil pinapauna yung iba kesa sakin, ako naman yung unang dumating.

Meron na ako ngayon na bagong doc si doc rosalinda padilla ng VRP hospital mabait at aalagaan ka talaga, kapag may concern ka, siya pa mismo ang tatawag sayo, ang dami na din niyang napabuntis. siya yung tipo ng doc na ma eexcite ka pumunta kapag checkup mo, kasi masarap kausap at higit sa lahat, hindi nagmamadali, wala din long lines na kelangan mo maghintay ng matagal, dahil ang aga niya lagi dumating, nauuna pa siya sa sched ng clinic niya. So anyone sa inyo na malapit sa VRP hospital i highly recommend her.

itsnikimendoza - sis yun PF niya depende sa clinic. pag sa cardinal ka nasa 700, pag sa st lukes ata nasa 800, not sure kasi hindi naman ako nagpapacheck up dun. pag sa friendly 500, mdalas kasama na yun follicle monitoring dun ah. mura talaga sa friendly care kaya lang mabilisan lang lalo na pag sobrang dami ng patients.. dun kasi talaga nirerefer pag follicle monitoring. most of the time sobrang tagal ng wait mo, tapos 5 minutes ka lang tapos na. pero pag konti naman tao, hindi siya nagmamadali, maybe she just value time ng patients and alam niya ginagawa nia.

@ blueberryalmond: Thanks sis. I was waiting for your private message but I presume as a newbie you are not yet allowed to send pms so dito nalang ako magreply. Sadly I cannot divulge here the names of the doctors I've been to. Di man ako naging successful sa kanila, I know may patients din silang napasaya.

@ itsnikimendoza: If you're near Malate, you can see her at One Health along Padre Faura,  across Robinsons Mall. She holds clinic there every TTh from 4-6pm.

What I really like about Doc Angge, she is a no-nonsense doctor. She doesn't talk and ask me much about my history / past checkups, she only uses the info from the lab tests and her assessment. The first time I came to see her, that I think was the only time beyond 5 minutes...lol and that's when she gave me the steps of my workup. I didn't ask na rin what those steps were as familiar na rin sa akin yung mga options sa kaka-research ko about infertility. Her rates are quite reasonable too. I think iba-iba ang pf niya depende sa clinic niya but in Padre Faura, I pay 400. PF with TVU was only 500. With the other docs we've been to, left and right reseta ng gamot , one even told me to undergo surgery ( di namin to sinunod as we doubted that doc's findings). With Doc Angge, very minimal. She's really my type of doctor, straightforward as she knows what she's doing. Magaling pa magset ng timing sa workup. One more thing I did pala was to wait for the last day of my period and that's the time I went to her.

^hi sisses thank you so much for all the help!:) sa padre faura ko try or sa shaw para hindi pricey. yung ob ko kasi ngayon 1500 pf chaka follicle monitoring, eh may time na twice a week kami pumunta dun so medyo masakit sa bulsa.. hehe balitaan ko kayo pag nakapunta na ako sa kanya. thanks talaga!

Hi mga sissies. I've been married for 8 years na. I've been to different OBs na rin. Just want to know if Dr. Aguilar accepts HMO? Want to have a baby na rin.

Hi mga sis. We have been TTC for almost 2 years now and medyo kinakabahan ako kasi im turning 39 already this year.  We consulted with Dr. Sua-Lao, and then, she recommended us for an iui next cycle ko.  However, I am thinking to go to Dra. Aguilar kasi based on what I have read, first 3 cycles muna na natural with timing and follicle monitoring. 

What do you think mga sis? Nalilito ako kung itutuloy ko na yung IUI or consultant muna with Dra. Aguilar.  Iniisip ko kasi baka ganun din mangyari, in the end, IUI din kami.  Sabi kasi ni Dra. Sua-Lao, wag ko na raw patagalin because of my age pero nabasa ko ulit na mas maliit yung chance ng IUI kesa sa timing BDs.  Hay, kakalito. hehe

^hi sis, you haven't tried timing BD pa? kay dra aguilar ako pero i'm not sure pag at the age of yours eh she will still encourage you to do the timing BD, baka same lang din ng suggestion ng current OB mo.

@ynijer - sis, follow mo muna ang plan ng OB mo. Once napagalitan ako ng brother ko na nagdodoctor din kasi sinabi ko sa kanya na prang ayoko yung plan ng ob ko na iui kami kapag di nagwork yung 2 consecutive na natural method. Sabi ng brother ko, pagkatiwalaan ko daw ang OB ko. Specialization daw nila yun at pinag-aralan ng mabuti so mas alam nila kung ano ang tama for us. Pro if in didn't work, then seek another opinion. Feeling ko kasi sa age mo na rin kaya ganoon. Ako turning 36 na so aggressive na rin kami ni hubby. pang 3 years na namin na TTC at pangatlong OB ko na ang OB ko.. hehe.. Pro I changed OB kasi yung isa super layo, yung pangalawa sobrang tagal ko mag-iintay tapos 5-10 minutes lang ang consultation at tipid ng sagot ng OB. ayaw ni hubby. hehe.. 

So yun, follow muna na plan ng OB mo for the meantime. Hopefully maging successful ang IUI nyo. Godbless and baby dust to all.

thank you sis @onlytechgirl and @Jazrina.  Sana nga positive result kaagad.  Abroad kasi si hubby nung 1st year of marriage namin kaya nahirapan kami mag timing. Although nag pa tingin kaagad kami kasi nga naghahabol na sa age ko and thank God, wala namang makitang problem except for low morphology kay hubby.

Don't get me wrong mga sissy for me wala po fertility expert na OB
it just like na nag rereseta sila ng fertility drugs at vitamins na iinumin mo
at  ni hubby. in my case po kasi 3 OB ko pero nahiyang ako sa isa kasi reseta ng fertility drugs
,calendar method, vitamins at sex position ang sinabi nya sa akin, and Its works for us. Now i have a twins 1 year and 6 months na sila.. kaya mga sis, nasa hormones natin yan at pray. dapat nga po 3 na baby ko kaso niraspa po ako (5months na po) how sad
