Salmon Belly, hmn...that soft and juicy pinkish flesh!

I make sure I have grilled Salmon Belly when we're at Vikings Buffet.

When I have extra budget, I buy a few grams to half a kilo at Save More Supermarket.  I fry them on Olive Oil in a Non-Stick pan at home.  It's great with Brown Rice!
