bought cake slices from a cake stall in SM Muntinlupa called Crema. their yema cake is really good - very moist and the yema icing tastes isn't too sweet. yung choco-caramel cake naman, has choco chips inside and on top. both cakes, ang hirap tigilan kasi masarap talaga

Sis @thebratinella, yup authentic yung fb acct na yemalicious! Bought 2 whole cakes caramel and yema. Both masarap. Picked up my order at SM Manila Parking. She was on time like me. Hehe.

Finally tried the torta delos reyes of aristocrat yesterday at The Loop in mother ignacia st. Also took home mocha, brazo, regular sansrival, tea ensaymada, cream puffs and silvanas.

Okay naman lahat i'll buy again except for the cream puffs. Yung torta di ko gaanong type okay lang din. Too sweet for me. Tumatanda na yata ako. Nyahaha. Still on the look-out what cake i'll buy for Christmas. My choices as of now, UCC red velvet, Chocolat Death by Tablea, Purple Oven chocolate campfire.

masarap ang caramel cake ng costa brava both the chiffon cake at caramel icing... simple ang taste niya pero masarap.. target ko ay estrel's caramel cake naman para ma-compare.

Binigyan ako ng belgian choco cake from epic cafe, kapitolyo raw. Ang sarap. Hindi masyadong moist pero ok naman lasa at d masyadong matamis.

Cake Wars: Estrel's > Costa Brava

Medyo matabang si Costa Brava.. parang ma-egg yolk.. and softier ang chiffon nya. Di ko type. Waste of effort, nagpunta pa ko bel air from sucat without car!

Estrel's pa rin for me. Best Caramel cake.

have anyone tried salted caramel cake? I tried this months ago and ngayon ko lang nalaman kung san siya nabili. it was given to me as a gift, sobrang gusto ko yung taste. sa mga taga Paranaque, its a must try. sa may dona soledad coupe coffee station, sa may petron =)

^ may nagregalo samin, pero ibang brand. Sa Rockwell nya ata na-order, nung may baker's fair dun for the Holidays

^ wow! meron din palang ibang salted caramel cake. I was trying to look sa mga blogs, pero bihira ata yung nagbblog about it. kaya personal ko talagang hinanap kung san niya binili =) Good thing meron din sa iba. I should try that as well. =)

Nice din yung cake ng Chocolat, I tried Death by tablea =) sa moa branch ako bumili =)

tried this cake from wildflour near our office and its reallly goood!
it's a bit pricey pero worth it yung laki at siksik sa chocolate and caramel. they can even bake it for you if you want just allot mga ilang hours if you plan to pick it up.

I tried Purple Oven's Chocolate Campfire and Grandma's Chocolate Cake. I was so excited to try these cakes kasi I heard masarap daw.. Is it just me? Bakit hindi ko siya nagustuhan? For me, sobrang tamis niya. Tapos the kids, kinain nila pero sapilitan ubusin. Unlike Conti's cakes, paglapag sa table kadalasan naaabutan ko na lang is yung cardboard, sisimutin ko na lang yung mga natira..

^sis anong cakes na masarap for you sa contis? Ang na try ko pa lang na cake dun mango bravo (i like), plain choco cake (binigay lang di ko type), may isa pa forgot the name (ok lang).

Sa purple oven naman, never tried grandma's cake kasi lagi kong naoorder pag nandun na is yung campfire na masarap naman. Kasi i love marshmallow icings. Pero yung loob like yung choco chips and choco fudge, binabawasan ko para di gaanong matamis.
