Budget friendly Kiddie Party (below 20k)

I'm giving myself a challenge this year for my daughter's 4th birthday, an under 7k party for 30 pax! Nagenroll na kasi for nursery, and we have to buy pa other school needs, so siempre, first things first - pero she really wants a party so we'll go with having a small one na lang.

Hope I can pull it off, can anyone suggest a unique, child-friendly merienda menu for a house party?

^ you can purchase from deal sites. i think i found a catering package for 4K  for 30 pax sa groupon yesterday. you can also order from ccme, they have merienda packages that are very friendly. or you can order pizzas and ice cream or food from jollibee/kfc/mcdo that kids will like.

for the program, pwede ka mag-try ng crafts or movies for the kids.

i am super tipid with my kid's baptism and her party. i plan ahead para hindi mabigat. i spent about 20k only for her dedication (50pax) and about 30k for her birthday (70pax). kaya naman. i think the key is to do research and to plan ahead. if you want details, pm me na lang.

thanks sistah! I'll check the available deals sa groupon. I'll have my MIL cook na lang, she's a good cook naman, sa QC ata based yung CCME (tama ba?), we're from Bacoor pa eh. Pizza sounds and ice cream sounds like a good idea though.

princess theme kasi ang gusto ng daughter ko, so I'm thinking crafts. Will research na din on what crafts we can do.

Sa google ko lang din hinanap, sis.  Cateringtrio.com.  Yung package andun na din.  Nagtxt lang ako for the availability of the date that i like and ok pa.  Kaso nxt year pa kasi, january.  Baka pagalitan na ko ng hubby ko kasi di pa nga tapos binyag, bday na inaayos ko, tee hee!.

I think you're referring to Kidzville. Meron sila party packages for 20 kids ata na 17,500 lang. all-in na yun for the kids tapos for adults may food na 350 per head i think. We're celebrating baby #3's 1st bday there in July

i just got a copy of their package around 2 weeks ago.  as far as i recall, 13k for 20 kids, 16K for 30 kids pag weekend and 10k, 13k if weekday.  2 hours yun inclusive of tokens, magician, host, venue.  wala pa food.  we celebrated my daughter's 1st bday there in 2008 and it was really fun.  we brought, however, our own host/magician.  they have accredited suppliers din and anything na you have to bring in, may corkage.  every entertainment yung corkage also like kunwari, may nakuha ka package ng face painting, balloon twisting and magic show, x3 yung corkage.  i remember that it used to be 1000 yata.  tapos, every succeeding hour, may charge din.

food : 120 / head (chickem, spag, rice and red iced tea)
Party fee: 1300 (balloons, name tags, party hats, bday banner and mascot appearance)

tapos i provided my own lootbags, cake, games prizes and since super like ng son ko ang magician/host - naghanap ako ng affordable pero sulit.

nag over lang ako sa 20K dahil yung guests ko umabot ng 110 pax and kumuha pa ako ng magician.
