Helper na nakakasira ng mga gamit, Salary deduction ba?

^felmitz, yup sabi ng husband ko 500 lang daw just to give a lesson sa maid. pero kung alam kong aalis din siya after 2 months eh sana ginawa ko kahit half the price ng glass.

yung cousin ko kasi binawas niya sa sweldo ng maid namin dati 600 pambili ng bagong kettle.. kettle pa lang yun ah.. pero grabe naman kasi yun tinulogan niya yung stove and hindi pa nagising nung nagwhistle buti nalang dumating cousin ko.. nagmelt na talaga yung handle tsk kaya yun siguro naman nagtanda na siya nun

Mabait ka pa din sis, P500 lang dineduct mo? Nakakainis naman yun. Is she trying to check if kaya siya ng center table? Kaloka. Asan ang utak nya, asa paa or asa p*et.

Kung sa akin yang nangyari, she'll hear from me. I'd understand pa yung mga nasirang damit sa paglaba kasi ako man nagagawa ko minsan mahaluan ng bleach yung colored clothes namin nuon kapag ako nglaba (lol). Or makasira ng appliances kasi naman may wear and tear din naman ang mga yun.

Is she still with you? Bata pa ba? Kainis ha!

Pag yung mga laba it just means hindi marunong mag laba maid mo or plantsa. Make it a point to train them at the start kasi halos lahat naman sasabihin nila marunong sila mag laba and plantsa pero hindi naman. What my wife does is one day i supervise nya ang maid paano mag laba and plantsa just to make sure they know what theyre doing. About sa mga gamit naman nasisisra our rule of thumb is first time we let it slide with a warning. Second time salary deduction na, kahit 1k pa yan. As long as its something we already taught them.

yup..i just discovered na nasira nya yung electric fan sa kwarto nya nung umalis na sya tapos yung ibang colored clothes ni baby at ni hubby may mga kupas or nalagyan ng zonrox,kainis di ba?kaya nung bumalik na sya to get her last pay,i deducted 500,naglagay ako ng computation dun sa envelope with the money..(sorry i didnt want to see her na e,so pinabigay ko na lang..hehe)

Nasira ng HH namin ang faucet sa common toilet. Medyo matigas na daw kasi so nag marunong, parang inayos. tapos biglang natanggal ang handle, nag karoon ng effortless fountain sa toilet nila.

we paid a couple hundred of dollars sa nag ayos. plus pa yung 1 hour na nasayang na tubig, we didn't deduct it from her salary but i was really pissed off. sayang ang pera na punta sa wala.

minsan masyado kasing pa bibo, masyadong hyper kaya ayan.

Nakakainis nga talaga pag nakakasira sila ng gamit pero depende rin kung anong nasira at anong dahilan. 

I make an effort to train newly hired helps and then if I'm home I observe them. When I see something inappropriate with their actions I immediately call their attention and explain that the same is improper as it may lead to accidents or destruction of things.  If they break something and I already explained to them before how to care for it, definitely it's their fault cause they didn't listen when I took the time to discuss it to them.  So salary deduction nga un.

Once pa lang nman nangyari to samin.  I always remind the help not to put anything near the edge of the table or sink especially glasswares yet she kept on doing it until one time nasagi nga nya at nabasag.

Hindi ko ma-salary deduct yung mga nasira ng helper namin. Some of my clothes na nagka-orange stain lalo na my fave polo. Yung figurine na mas matanda pa sakin that belonged to my dad. Yung isang chinaware na mas matanda pa rin sakin. Di ko kasi alam mga value eh. Pero napagsabihan ko talaga.

If you do that, your helper will leave you.  If you can't tolerate her anymore, might as well let her go.  That's what I did kasi we used to have 2 helpers, and i felt like the older one was sabotaging the one doing the laundry.  There are certain damages na unexplainable, so I let the older one I don't trust go.
