send sa pinas ang visa mo, dalhin mo cya going to singapore (pero cyempre di mo sasabihin or ipapakita ang visa mo going to uae). pasyal pasyal ka muna sa sg. then travel ka na from sg to uae naman

Sis KiatKiat20, yun nga ginagawa ng mga ibang gusto magvisit visa dito sa UAE ngayon para di ma-offload. Our immig officers are very strict and madami talaga na ooffload.

Should you decide to go through either the HK or SG route then from there fly to UAE, dapat 2-way ang ticket mo (may return ticket going back to Manila). You can just wait for a few hours in SG or HK then take another flight going to Dubai – or you may also opt to enjoy and really go for a tour. 

Although nowadays, alam na rin ng immigration officers yan tactic na yan eh kaya medyo naghihigpit na rin. Kahit SG or HK ka pa, hahanapan ka ng hotel reservation, show money, itinerary etc. When you tell them na magtu-tour ka, madami pa din questions yan so you have to be confident and consistent with your answers.

You’ve mentioned na nandito ka pa sa Dubai? I’ve read somewhere na may travel agency dito na nag-a-arrange ng ganyan – im just not sure whether their rates are ok. Nag-o-offer daw ng manila-HK-manila, then yun return to manila is dummy lang din. Tapos dun sa package na HK-Dubai, yung return ticket na Dubai-Manila, dummy ulet. You may want to inquire with them directly – Anasia Travels in Rigga, Deira, phone # is +971-4-2296987. I haven’t tried their services though. HTH.

i'm not yet decided what to do now, but the idea of a visit visa is i think the best way kesa
magantay ako sa magdadirect hire sakin.. though mas mapapamal ata ako kasi kelangan ng round trip ticket going to singapore and then another round trip ticket going to uae naman plus the processing fee of my visit visa... sa mga nakaexperience ng ganito more or else magkano kaya magastos ko plus i need pa hotel reservations and show money... lol.. ang dami..

^sis, yun hotel reservations for the show lang yun. If you choose hk, i can email you a copy of ours, just edit and change the date. I suggest you get in touch with travel agencies here. Nung nagvisit visa mga brothers ko in January, we bought their tickets and visit visas from a travel agency here in Dubai, namention sa amin na if ever daw ma-offload un passengers, pwede daw naman nila i-rebook ulit ang flight, walang cancellation fee. Complete docs naman sila, may affidavit of support and talagang vacation lang ang pakay sa Dubai, pero one of my brothers na galing na dito sya pa yun nahold at naquestion sa Immigration sa atin. They double checked pa ata kung talagang cancelled na sa previous employer, medyo hindi malinaw sa akin ang details why na hold, pero nakaalis naman din sila.

Wala ka ba relatives dito na same surname? Sila na lang magsponsor sayo. If mag visit visa ka, maghahanap ka ulit ng bagong work pagdating mo or you have a prospected employer na? Ang hirap maghanap ng work ngayon dito di ba? Pero problem naman sa mga direct hire from recruitment agencies sa Pinas, kadalasan mas mababa ang starting salary nila. So yun, may mga pros and cons talaga. I-weigh mo na lang and be prepared din sa gastos. ba magandang gawin.. may pending application naman ako na maiiwan dito, ipafollow-up ko na lang sa friend ko.. sa visit visa naman, wala akong kaapelido na kamaganak so mukhang mahihirapan ako dun, isa pa galing na din ako dito though may copy naman ako ng cancellation ko.. siguro pagisipan ko muna mabuti para di ako magsisi sa huli.. maraming salamat talaga sis.,

looking forward kami ni baby na makasama n din si hubby sa abu dhabi in the coming months. tanong ko lang.. required ba talaga ang tenancy contract para ma issue-han kami ng visa? under husband sponsorship

sis southpaw ate ni h2b nasa australia na pero kasi may kamag anak naman ang hubby nya dun sa australia kaya mejo madali ang pagpunta nila dun,about sa canada sis may 2 officemates na akong mag asawa na nakapunta na last year lang by agency sila sis wala pang 2years yung application nila nakaalis na sila.sabe nila mas madali daw talaga makaalis pag galing ka dito compared sa pinas.

@tab, yes sis  required. nung ni-renew ni hubby ang visa ni eldest, hinanapan daw cya ng tenancy contract namin. nitong early march lang kami nag-renew.

^yun friend ko, he's married and he stays with his family in a flat here in dubai. in that flat, magkakasama buong family nila = his brother and the wife & kids; mother; grandmother and my friend's wife and their baby. so one big happy family sila dun and the flat is under his brother's name. Although it's a 3-bedroom flat, last week he was searching for a new flat na because he needs to get a tenancy contract on his own name daw, just so he would still be able to sponsor his wife/kid upon renewal of their visa. hassle.   

sis gracita13, in less than 2 yrs nakaalis na un friend mo for Canada? Wow. Any idea how much binayad nila sa agency?  Wala ako relative sa australia eh.

^oks lang kahit walang relative sis. hindi mo need yun kung as skilled worker ang apply-an mo sa Australia, as long as ma-satisfy mo ang points system. we got our PR visa, 6 months after our lodgment date at hindi rin kami nag-agency. nung nagka-visa na kami, dun na lang kami nag-start makipag-networking sa mga ka-forum para pagdating dun, at least may kakilala. andito pa kami ni baby pero si hubby, kakaalis lang at hanap ng work dun. panibagong simula. nakakatakot.

^ sis mga 25-30k aed din tas iba pa yung ticket dun sagot mu pa.balak din kasi namen magpunta dun tas sabe saken ni officemate kailangan may nakahanda na akong pera kasi anytime pag ok na lahat hihingian ka na ng full payment.

mga sis sorry ask ko lang para kasi ito sa friend ko.. so kunwari babalik ka ng UAE as visit visa pwede na [textspeak!] wait ka sa SG or HKG diba? kaso my question is.. pagdating mo dito sa UAE iccheck pa ba nila yung visa mo if authenticated etc etc or authenticated na yun bago mo pa lang mareceive sa pinas? gusto kasi bumalik ng friend ko dito kaso di ko naman alam yung process eh hehe.. yun lang ang worry ko yung visa issue.

^sis chicgurl kung galing naman syang hk or sg pwede na ang scan copy ng visa nya as per my indian officemate na napagtanungan ko ngaun lang may code lang sa visa na tinitignan dito hindi na importante kung orig ba or copy lang.HTH!

^ sa pinas lang sila strict pero pagdating dito keber na sila sa mga affidavit of support. Basta may visa na, ok na yun. Hindi na yun ino-authenticate. Pinas lang naman maarte, gusto orig copy pa. E talaga namang xerox nga lang ok na. Pwedeng ang tanong lang kanino ka makikituloy tsaka contact number ng tutuluyan mo, pero hindi naman nila yun i take note, in passing lang na question.
