Gluten Intolerance/Allergy

My son is showing signs of gluten allergy. We are trying to change his diet now but its hard to find gluten-free products since we live in the province now.. There is also enzymes supplements that helps break down this particles in a more digestible state. Problem is I can't find anything available in our market. Anyone here who could share insights would be great. Thanks
