Public toilets. Do you clean the seat before using?

I never sit on public toilet. And kahit na mag wipe using wet wipes and tissues parang i dont feel it's enough para totally ma-clean yung toilet. Kaya squat lang.

I never sit also. Mas ok pa sakin sa floor kesa sa toilet bowl. Makakakuha pa tayo ng sakit dun. I never use their water din kasi one time nakakita ako ng kiti kiti sa tubig. Gross!

I don't clean the toilet, and I just squat lang din.

If there are droplets of urine/period blood on the toilet seat, and there's no other toilet available...

I spray the seat with water first using my portable bidet, then wipe dry. Then sanitize like crazy by spraying alcohol. I try to let it dry on its own to make sure it does the job. Then I sit. I can't hover or squat – especially when wearing heels – my knees get achy.

I am a germaphobe... so I practically detail clean that toilet seat I have antibacterial gel, spray, wipes and a few disposable toilet seat covers in the side pocket of my bag.

My skin and anything inside public toilets, don't come in contact I have to have a tissue to serve as a barrier... so pag flush, pagbukas pagsarado ng pinto, etc etc.

if the taps aren't automated, I also use a tissue to turn the tap on. Basta I cannot make direct contact with anything sa public toilets!

^same here. even the doorknobs I don't touch with my bare hand, I use paper towels to open it.

I never sit talaga tsaka I never use water to wash my V. May chance din kasing makakuha ng sakit sa maduming water.

I never sit... I just squat....but i still cover the seat with A LOT of toilet paper

It's hard to clean naman the toilet when you are in a rush (like me, a teacher) I only have a few seconds to get out of my classroom. If I'm gone for a long time, it's guaranteed that my grade 1 students are already in a war lol so ang hirap mag-effort talaga.

I never sit sa toilet kahit sa house namin...Nagtuntong ako sa bowl kahit may seat cover pa, nandidiri ako kahit lagyan pa ng sanitizer or alcohol kasi alam ko may natitira pa ring germs. Very rare din ako naggagamit ng hand dryer kasi it blows bacteria so nai-spread lang yun sa air. Mas ok pa daw mag-use ng paper towels to dry our hands.

Napanood ko sa tyra banks noon na kelangan daw natin talaga umupo ng maayos sa toilet kasi mas delikado daw ang splash ng water from toilet kesa sa seat mismo. So linisin na lang daw at wag mag squat kasi mas tatalsik daw yun tubig from the toilet tapos mapupunta sa private parts natin. And pag sa public toilets daw mas ok daw piliin yun 1st cubicle kasi mas konti daw ang gumagamit nun. So mas malinis compared sa dulo or gitna. Natural daw kasi sa tao pumwesto sa dulo or gitna hehe. So ako yes nililinis ko ang toilet seat with alcohol tapos double flush muna bago ko gamitin hehe.

Mahirap lang kasi if sa crowded area like SM, kadalasan pila ang restrooms. So todo effort if maglilinis pa, maiinis lang yung next person in line.

I just squat. Hindi ko talaga kayang umupo kapag sa public toilets. Feeling ko talaga ang dumi kahit na sabihin pa natin na laging may naglilinis nun.

Then I just use my foot to flush the toilet. I will never touch it with my bare hands lol

i just squat whenever i use the toilet, public or even sa bahay. ayaw ko din iwipe or something kasi di ko keri haha

when the public toilet bowl looks clean, i just squat. pero kung tingin pa lang di ko na kaya tingnan sa dumi.. exit na. wag na lang.

Di ko kaya mag-squat, dumidikit yung back part ng legs ko sa bowl nandidiri ako kaya nagtutuntong ako, buti di ako nadudulas. Careful din sa pagwiwi kasi baka magtalsik mas kadiri. I just wipe yung part na tinuntungan ko using tissue and sipain ko straight sa trash bin or kunin ko using a clean tissue then i'll sanitize my hands using alcohol or wash it with soap and water.

I'm very finicky sa CR. I always choose the ones na bihirang may gumamit, kahit pa nasa kabilang building pa yun. Then I wipe it with alcohol and wet wipes. Pag walang choice, at sa super crowded at madumi na CR ako gagamit, I don't sit talaga. I just squat but not yung naka patong yung feet sa toilet.

Dati maglalagay ako ng tissue around the bowl tapos i would lean back . Nung nalaman ng mga friends ko pinagalitan ako. lol!  Mag-squat na lang daw ako mas safe pa. So yun from then on, nakasquat na ko... Pero pag alam ko naman na well-maintained at malinis, i would put tissue around the bowl na lang para wala pa din direct contact sa skin ko.
