Public toilets. Do you clean the seat before using?

How do you go about using public toilets? kasi ako i bring lots of tissue with me and alcohol tapos i wipe the seat then part nung bowl (na possible na mag touch ang leg ko) 1 inch below the seat, paikot.

as much as possible talaga iniiwasan kong gumamit ng public toilet. kapag hindi maiwasan, paid washrooms.

last time kasi walang dalang alcohol si hubby (didn't bring my bag. kapag ganyan he brings alcohol ako naman i fill my pockets with tissue or hingi sa resto/fastfood) so no choice ako i really need to go. nagtataka lang ako dun sa nauna sa aking babae, mukhang nago-opisina naman, anlaki pa ng bag...ine-expect ko lang na punasan niya yung seat before using...kaso hindi.

edit: oh, and i flush also with a tissue on my hand or use my foot (i know kawawa naman yung next na gagamit at mag-flush using her hand), kaya lang yung iba so hard to flush!

Pag may dala ako alcohol yes I wipe the toilet seat. Pag wala I make sure na sinasapinan ko ng tissue yong part na lalapatan ng legs ko.

I don't sit down/come in contact with any part -- I lean back.  .  I pull/press down flusher with tissue.

Yes. i have alcohol with me and tissue all the time. And toilet seat paper. When flushing, i flush with tissue. Then wash my hands afterwards. As much as possible i dont use my hand opening the door either. If may mauna makikiasabay ako. But if no choice, i make sure na i put hand sanitizer or alcohol to remove germs and bacterias...

never in my entire life have I sat in contact with a public toilet bowl. even in posh/high-end establishments. i squat and use tissue to press the flush lever.

my first time kasi in a public toilet nung bata ako, kasama ko yung mga cousins ko na mas older sa akin so sabi sa akin mag squat ako and i did. guess what? nahulog ang shoe ko loob ng bowl and i had to hop all the way home with only one shoe

very seldom ako gumamit ng public toilet. now, kahit saang public washroom pinupunasan ko na lang. hindi ko ata kakayanin ang embarrassment kapag sa tanda kong ito mahulugan pa ulit ako ng shoe.

i usually squat din, madirihin kasi ako. But sometimes i pour alcohol then cover it with lots of tissue yung alam  ko na di mata-touch ng skin ko yung toilet seat. I always bring  wet wipes/tissue, alcohol and hand sanitiser.

squat rin talaga ako di kaya ng powers ko to sit on it talaga. but before ako mag pee flash ko muna siya kahit clear ang water. pagmalakas ang flash once lang pagpamahina 2flashing ang ginagawa ko bago ako mag pee. natatakot kasi ako magkaUTI na kaya mega ingat ako sa public toilets

I usually have a handy alcohol and tissue with me. I use them to wipe the seat first para di kelangan magsquat

I don't like squatting kasi minsan may napupuntang pee dun sa seat. Pano naman yung next na gagamit diba? Kung walang choice kundi magsquat tapos may tumalsik na pee sa seat, I make sure I wipe the seat din para yung next na gagamit hindi naman mahassle

if i'm not in a hurry i put alcohol then wipe the seat before i use it. pag nag mamadali, wipe lang or sapin ng tissue paper.

to those who squat, have the courtesy to wipe the shoe marks on the toilet seat. seeing shoe marks there irritate me.

nakakairita din seeing blood and pee all over. oh my! di na nahiya.

ako never ako umuupo sa kahit na anong public toilet mapawork, Mall or Restaurant hindi ako umuupo. tinitiis ko talaga na nasa air lang yung pwet ko hanggang sa matapos ako, gudlak naman pag naipon na ang ihi ko 

yung anak ko since maliit pa sya, alcohol and tissue. sanay na sya na ganun kaya minsan pag wala kami tissue sinasabi nya na kaya nya pa tiisin pero hindi ako pumapayag kaya pipanatuntong ko na lang sa bowl, itinataas ko n lang yung layer ng bowl.

^not necessarily, darling. it's like "almost sitting" on the toilet bowl. yun nga lang, you lift your butt so it doesn't touch the rim. nakakangawit for me, but better safe than sorry.

never did i step on top of toilet bowls to pee. i find it disgusting. sometimes i find shoe marks and pungent urine dripping from the rim. you would think sana man lang the "culprit" had enough manners to wipe/clean her mess!

^pag nakakalimutan ko magdala ng tissue sa bag, at sa kamalas malasan e wala din tissue sa cr, jusme, ganyan ang gawa ko, squat (naka angat ang pwet, sakit sa legs)! parang nananadya pa yung weewee ko pag ganyan. pag naka squat ako, ngawit na ngawit na ako parang ayaw pa din huminto ng weewee ko.

kaya hindi na ako nawawalan ng tissue sa bag. kahit yung mga tissue na galing sa restos na kinainan namin, sinisiksik ko sa bag ko o kaya sa diaper bag, just in case.

ang mga mall dito sa uae ang bango bango at ang linis linis ng cr. pero kahit na. nakasanayan ko na din kasi na pag public toilet, naglalatag ako ng tissue sa paikot ng seat, overlapping pa sa sides para wala talagang madikit sa legs ko. tapos yung tissue na yun, yun din ang pinangpipindot ko ng flush. wash ng kamay bago lalabas.
