We booked M Catering kasi sila ang lagi kong caterer sa Corporate Events namin. Masarap kasi ang food nila and even their event styling is really nice.

Di pa kami nag-finalize ng menu namin for the wedding. May 2015 bride ako.

We booked Juan Carlo kasi trusted namin sila. In every event na sila ang nagcater, masarap naman ang food. Hindi pa nga lang kami nakakapag-FT pa, paguwi ko pa sa December. Will post my feedback after FT

Yung mga caterers niyo ba mga sis required din ang full payment before the event? Hindi ba dapat after ng service nila tsaka ibibigay ang full payment.

we booked M Catering kase pinakanagustuhan namin yung food nila sa lahat ng FT na pinuntahan namin. nakadalawang FT din kame sa kanila and consistent naman yung pagkain nila. plus din kase sa'men na sila ang pinakamalapit na caterer sa venue namin. mga 10-15mins lang from their main office to oasis kaya parang added convenience na din sya. good nga na nasa T&M fair sila kase recently lang sila nag-offer ng catering for weddings at lalo akong nagulat kase alam nung AE nila na one time ko lang nakausap kung sino ako. hehe
paschedule ka lang sis kase true na accommodating sila.

nako. bago sa'ken yan ah. i'll ask both my AE's sa Oasis at M about this and give an update kung anong additional info na makuha ko. what happened kaya... kakapost pa naman ng M ng isang wedding that they catered recently sa Oasis. though i know na dapat honored pa din yung agreement namin kase we signed the PO for M na. pero syempre i want to get details pa rin para alam ko if there are things that i need to look out for.

Mga sis sino dito KbyC? Sila kasi first choice ko. But I'm torn bet KbyC and Passion Cooks. Sino kaya mas okay esp ang daming vegetarian relatives ni h2b. At sino mas budget-friendly? lol At ano price range nila kapag upgraded yung set up like mala Gids Hermosa set up ng reception? Nagagawa kaya nila yun? Kasi sa Passion Cooks, kaya nila mag stick sa theme while sa KbyC more on classy, elegant ang set up nila. While si Gids bonggang set up naman (but of course, butas lang ang wallet  ). Mahirap na kasi umasa sa event stylist esp Gids dahil dami nyang celebrity clients. Sobrang mapapamahal pa. So, I'm thinking na ipa-upgrade nalang sa caterer yung reception.

Parang somewhere nakita ko na may package si Gids around 160k (?). Sa KbyC may 1k/head menu yata sila (?) eh paano kung 300 guests? 300k? Paano pa kapag nag-upgrade? Or negotiable na yung upgrade? Grabe nakakalula.

Have you tried inquiring from both caterers? You better ask for a quotation as early as now, coz the girls here might have been given a different quotation depending on their number of guests or how early the reservation was, or even depending on the venue / package they are on, especially that most of the suppliers increases their rates every last quarter of the year.
In my case, I have chosen K by Cunanan, reserved them for 200pax however, it was a package with The Glass Garden so it will be on a different rate. Make sure that your caterer is accredited as well otherwise, you will have to pay for corkage.
I chose KbyC because of their food and elegance in styling that you wouldn't actually feel the need for a stylist even with their basic set up. That is my personal opinion.

mrscreamsoda, pag sa food naman, you could always discuss with any caterer your dish preference

Sa price, PC is more affordable but, depending on the look you want to go for, baka same price lang din pag dating sa styling. Their basic styling is not enough eh kailangan talaga upgrade.

We got KbyC for the reason you mentioned that they're classy and elegant. If you use items that they already have, no upgrade fee. Only if they need to source new items or if mahal yung flowers, then you need to pay up. But definitely more affordable than getting a separate stylist.

We booked hizons last wedding fair.

Towns delight is not accredited caterer in our venue but they have competitive rates din.

Yes.  In our case, paid in full kami this september even if our wedding is june 2015.  This is for us to avail of 20% discount.
