hi mga sis! after namin mag FT sa KbyC, PD and PC... we finally booked our caterer. We choose PD dahil mas okay sa min yung food nila and yung mga desserts din super sarap

medyo naguguluhan kasi ako sa buffer... hehe. kasama ba yun sa babayaran natin sa caterer? let's say, we'll reserve 200pax tapos 10% yun buffer which is additional 20pax. does it mean na 220pax na yung babayaran?

Sis +arte20+, kung 200pax lang reserve mo, yun lang babayaran mo. Ang buffer usually ay additional lang from the caterer in case may mga malakas kumain hehe.

Ang tagal magreply ng mga AE ng K by Cunanan. Nakakawalang gana tuloy kunin sila. Deciding factor pa naman siya kung yun ang pipiliin naming venue. We would only get the venue if K by Cunanan caters our wedding. Pero ang pangit ng customer service nila kaya nakaka-turn off. Kung sa simula pa lang mahirap na sila magbigay ng sagot, what more kung nakuha na nila yung account mo. Di ba dapat bibo ka when getting clients. Di ko ata kailangan ng additional stress for my wedding preparation.
Kung kulang man sa AE yung K by Cunanan, the owner should do something about it.

^sis, ang alam ko matagal talaga sila magreply lalo na kung matagal pa yung wedding or dahil masyado silang busy sa dami ng clients nila... pero what i know is they'll inform you naman agad once they're booked already sa date nyo. naginquire ako sa kanila before then after more than a week or 2 yata nagreply sila sa akin only to tell na booked na sila. tapos sabi dun if i have some other dates in mind, nagreply ako pero until now wala pa din sagot. oh well, that's fine naman with me... dagdag cost pa kasi if i'll get them since di sila accredited sa venue namin.

Si giselle/monique. Parehong matagal magbigay ng feedback. When i called passion cooks, the AE couldn't give me a definite answer yet to one of my questions kaya sabi niya na she'll call within 10mins. True to her word, she was calling after 10mins with an concrete answer. If lumalago ang business mo, you look ways for expansion di ba? And one of which is hiring more manpower (or more competent people?). I don't have anything against K by Cunanan. Heck, I'd even decide on my venue if only K by Cunanan is available on my wedding date. Sana lang better AE service.

^his sis! ang alam ko if less than 150 guest ka then meron na addtional na 10% SC yung rate ng  PD. pero try to ask chef velmor if they can still waive this. I suggest mag FT ka sa kanila.
