Hello mga sissies....i've been reading this thread a month na rin. A lot of help for us first timers talaga..excited na tuloy ako sa aming hk trip this coming May..

i just wanna ask lang sana if saan ang outlet ng mga cosmetics like MAC or NARS sa may TST area? A friend told me na sa Causeway Bay sya nakabili, baka kasi di na kami makapunta doon dahil kulang na sa oras at kasi may mga kids. Since sa may TST area ang hostel namin and i know there are lots of shops there, baka mayroon doon..What particular mall/shops kaya ang meron? Hope anyone can answer my queries. TIA!

mga sis. anyone who has stayed sa citi-econo hostel & dragon hostel? ito kc pinagpipilian namin, quote sa amin sa citi econo 650hkd while 480hkd dragon hostel both for triple room. good reviews naman both although citi econo seems to have newer rooms n located near sa jordan mtr exit c2 while dragon hostel is at mongkok. prefer ko is citi econo but i'm not famiiar kasi with jordan. last time na nagpunta kami hk sa causeway kami nagstay and went around mongkok and tst area lang. which of the 2 do you think is better in terms of shopping and safety nung lugar? travelling kasi with a senior and 11pm na arrival namin sa hk, we prefer na madali malocate yun inn and near restaurants/shopping district...

Question on the travel from the airport. How expensive is the airport express? I always take the bus from airport to Tung Chung MTR then to TST.

^ Sis, 90HKD Single journey ang alam ko. If I remeber it correctly, mas mura kung 4 kayo. Tapos free bus service na yun papuntang hotels (may specific stops yung free shuttle)

HI mga sis, eto naman ang Day 2 itinerary namin. It will be the Ocean Park day for us. ito yung pinaka celebration ng birthday ng anak namin. So ocean park lang talaga ang balak naming puntahan. My question is anong best way to go to OP from Golden Crown?

From GoldenCrown, take MTR (Central Line) to Admiralty and EXIT B. Transfer CityBus 629 to Oceanpark at Admiralty Bus Terminus.

tama ba to or pwedeng bus na lang derecho OP? We dont mind na matagal na byahe kasi wala na naman kaming ibang pupuntahan... mas gusto namin yung convenient at relaxed way.

Tapos nung sinearch ko rin yung MTR ng HK, wala namang central line, ang meron central na station... lalo tuloy akong nalito. Ang ibig ba nyang sabihin na central line ay Tsuen Wan Line kung saan nandun yung central station? Is that the other name for that line?

Tapos going back, gusto sana namin kumain sa Tsui Hang Village, its at the G/F of Miramar Shopping Center. That being the case, ano ang sasakyan namin pauwi from OP? MTR or bus? Kung bus anong Bus #?

Suggestion lang, you can take bus A21 (daytime) or N21 (night time) from the airport staight to TST.

^^ Ang Golden Crown sa TST diba sis? Kung Admirality kayo... Take MTR TST station (red line) to Central then transfer to blue line Central to Admiralty (agaaaaain if I'm not mistaken.) Isang stop lang each. Not familiar kasi with their bus so hindi ako makakatulong sa ganun hehe sorry.

Btw, may app ang MRT ng HK. Pangalan "MRT" Search mo nalang para no need na rin ng map, yun nalang gamitin mo.

yes, Golden Crown is in TST... kung titingnan mo kasi yung map... from TST yung red line na sinasabi mo, dadaan muna sya ng admiralty station, bago mag central... kung ganun, bat pa kailangan pumunta ng central station bago bumalik ng admiralty? di ba pwede from TST pagdating ng admiralty bumaba na at mag exit sa B? or kailangan ba talagang pumunta muna ng central then bumalik? Nalilito na talaga ako... please enlighten me more. Thanks thanks!

^ Haha oo nga noh. Nakafocus kasi ako sa "central". Yup, TST to Admiralty. No need to stop at Central then back again. Sorry, nalito ata kita. After mo magexit sa B, may makikita ka ng mga terminal ng bus dun to Ocean Park.

SPECIAL BUS SERVICE 629 FROM ADMIRALTY (AND EARLY MORNING DEPARTURES FROM CENTRAL FERRY PIERS AND EXCHANGE SQUARE BUS TERMINUS)

Ocean Park is served by dedicated Citybus bus service 629 (fare HK$10.60) from Admiralty (West) Bus Terminus (MTR Admiralty Station Exit B) outside the Lippo Centre on Drake Street on Hong Kong Island. Buses operate at 10/15 minute frequency from 9am to 4pm daily. Journey time is approx 20 minutes. Following closure of the Tai Shue Wan entrance in early January 2011 all buses now terminate at Ocean Park's main entrance except on certain days when Tai Shue Wan entrance is used for crowd management purposes.
The last bus back from Ocean Park to Admiralty is at 9pm.

For fever buy panadol, any kind pero mas okay yung actifast, kahit sa 7-11 or Circle K meron non.... Meron din don for diarrhea tingin ka na lang sa meds section
