Wala na kasi iyong souvenir thread sa binyag kaya dito ko na lang itanong. Pahingi ako ng ideas mga sis on what to give as souvenir/giveaway sa binyag and birthday of our baby daughter. We based kasi sa Japan so gusto ko sana iyong medyo ma showcase naman ang Pinas sa giveaway or kahit iyong mga pan display na souvenir basta unique. Kung sa Pinas kami magpabinyag ayaw ko sana ng pan display kasi alikabok lang but here kasi hindi uso sa kanila iyan so para alam nila how we celebrate binyag/birthday. We are going to invite some japanese friends kasi siguro mga around 20 persons siguro. Gusto ni hubby sana daw may picture iyong anak nya. Ang nahanap ko kasi na puwede iyon is tumbler at alarm clock pero sana iyong hindi masyadong bulky kasi ipapabitbit ko sa Tita ko pagbalik nya dito or puwede rin naming ipa EMS. Ayaw rin ni hubby noong mga towel cakes at iyong mga cupcakes. Any ideas mga sis? Salamat in advance

i've got 50 days to plan my son's baptism. we've already reserved the church which is at Christ the King in greenmeadows.

hirap na hirap ako with the reception. wanted vv2 clubhouse kaso kailangan pala ng sponsor dun. i read here in gt  hindi need, pero need pala. my mom's friend is out of the country, hindi macontact. 2 weeks ago when i inquired, free pa ito. when i called kanina, since me sponsor na, me nakabook na. still thinking of a clubhouse na hanggang at least 10k lang ang price na around the area lang. any suggestions. ayoko resto, mas mahal kasi. any suggestions?

ganon na ba sa lahat ng church kapag hind kasal yung parents sa simbahan,civil lang, after ng binyag hindi ibibigay yung original na baptismal certificate.magbibigay lang daw ng copy na nagsasabi nabinyagan na yung bata.

Hi sissies im preparing for my baby girl's baptismal i have blocked the date already at Bella Ibarra in quezon ave. i got the chef's choice package i didnt avail the baptismal package kase gusto ko ako na pipili ng souvenirs at mag papagawa at pati yun cake and besides mas marami food yun chefs choice may pasta station, grill station din at 4 na hot dish, salad bar soup appetizer and bread with butter.  I want to get some food cart can anyone here suggest sino pede ma contact ko i want sana star bucks... we're having my bunso 's dedication this september. confused pa ko sa venue kasi i want either tramway or shakeys and hubby wants naman a shabu shabu resto na malapit lang samin. im from valenzuela.

what i dont like about tramway, malayo samin. shakeys naman over sa corkage. dun sa shabu shabu need ng matinding styling i also initially decided na walang theme...and i realized mas mahirap pala. because my work is related to parties, i found that it's easier to plan with a theme so ayan na naman may bagong pagiisipan buti na lang pag dedication we just need the venue and the pastor.

kami rin civilly married before ikasal sa pastor...nagpadedicate muna kami then binyag sa church...we got the original copy of my son's baptismal certificatr naman. sang church yan sis soumy01?

dito sa laguna , para sa baptism ng anak ng sister ko. pero check pa siya ng ibang simbahan.
 yung sa anak ko noon hindi naman mahigpit kahit hindi kasal sa simbahan, pinagsabihan lang kami, eh mga 4 years ago yun kaya akala ko ganun na ngayon ang sistema sa simbahan.
importante ba yung original copy. san ba ginagamit yung baptismal certificate?
pero maganda talaga kung yung mismo certificate meron non.

ah baka depende sa simbahan...hanap na lang kayo ng di masyadong conservative siguro. yung sa panganay ko 6 yo na sya studying in a catholic school, so far never ko pa kinailangan gamitin yung baptismal cert nya. feeling ko magagamit nya lang yun pag ikakasal na sya or kung magaral sya sa conservative na catholic school katulad ng mga naging schools ko hinanap yun sa mom ko

hi! im also planning my first baby's dedication this august. can anyone suggest na venue only in between taguig and qc area since most of our guests are from here.  Around 70-80 pax. TIA!

Do you find it practical to spend pa for baptism invites when usually our guests are very few (50-70)?

For my first daughter I went DIY for the invites and no souvenirs pa (no formal photographer too)! However for my second daughter I have a theme in mind and requested for a design quote based on my design ideas. A little over P5000 was quoted for about 50 sets of invites and Thank You cards and Wish cards, while P4,000.00 for design only. Since onti lang difference, parang okay na rin mag-full service.  But then again that's still P5,000.00 when my original plan was design only and I already bought photo papers and ink cartridges for my printer.

^ Mas konti pa guests namin sa binyag ni baby sis. We sent online invites to close families and friends. Yung medyo di close but invited like big bosses and colleagues, dun lang kami nagsend ng paper invites. I designed it and have it printed somewhere kasi sira printer ko. Laking tipid that way.

^^if you are conservative sa head count importante ang invites to control the number if guests. otherwise uso na nga ngayon yung katulad ng ginawa ni sis tamarind. may friend din ako na nagpost muna ng invite sa fb and then yung attending and maybe attending lang ang bjnigyan ng paper invites.

yung design-only service is 4k?! ang mahal pala magpadesign. mahirap ba yung requirement mo kaya mahal? we've always done it on our own kaya no idea sa prices. paquote ka pa sa iba sis baka may makuha ka na mas mababa ang rate.

I find it steep too. Yung P5k or P4k pwede ng start-up fund ni baby while if invite for guests, itatapon lang after.

Yes sis, P4,000 labor for design only. Eh ako na nagbigay ng concept and details execution na lang and lay-out. I'm not a graphic artist so I don't know if it will still be mabusisi.

I am not even sure how to justify it to my husband since 50pcs invites are already included in the Baptism Package of Max's.   

I am still waiting for the quote of another supplier. She laid out the invite for my eldest daughter's bday party last 2009. Less than P1000 lang ata siningil sa akin.

Hayyy, another motivation to learn Photoshop (or any bang magandang program for graphic designs?).

^sis my supplier was Paper Treats, 500 for the design, 60 each invite, back to back. Pag one side lang 40 ata, may envelopes na. Maganda yung invitations, pero nagsisi ako hehe. Kaya sa birthday sa Bea's Printshop nalang ako sa 168 Divisoria, 30 pesos na invitation okay na. Plus 50 pesos add on kapag may photo, parang yun na yung labor fee nila kapag may picture kasi ieedit pa e.
