BUT look, If I trespassed to your house and you accidentally or intentionally kill me, whose fault is it? Is it your fault?

asa news uli sis yung issue na yan. The taiwanses government isnt acknowledging the apology / the person sent the president
to "fix" this. nakakainis lang ah. I mean youre right they were in our territory kaya unauthorize sila to go here ( to fish or whatnot ) tapos ngayon aalma sila that something happened.
oo mali  na may namatay pero ilang fishermen na galing taiwan ang nakakalusot to get what is ours? and umaalma ba sila? shempre hi ndi dahil nakakalusot sila sa pagnanakaw.

sabagay sila din mahihirapan kasi kung tutuusin ang baba ng swledo ng ofw na pinoy sa kanila.  kung kkuha sila ng taga taiwan din mas mahal pa ibabayad nila sana lang informed yung ofw natin doon sa nangyari

Actually, kausap ko friend ko sa taiwan last night, takot nga daw sila lumabas kasi may mga Filipino na binubugbog ng mga Taiwanise sa galit sa pinoys.. kawawa naman mga kakakabayan natin... stop hiring daw and sabi tatapusin na lang ang contract nila dun.. pero i saw sa yahoo news na na accepted na daw ang apology ha..

yup, imagine.. small country lang ang taiwan, nagpa-bully naman tayo, pano na lang iisipin ng ibang countries. go fish na sila in our sea. tsaka, taiwan is not english-literate unlike many of our OFWs. babagsak business nila if they fire them.

Hindi nila tinanggap ang apology ng meco representative and they think that it's insencere , bully tactis again, now they reject and demanded  the Government to say sorry until 1800 pm today pero nobody say sorry again galit na galit lalo asked the representative in taiwan to live, no more piliino workers can come to work  ang mga narito will just finish their contract and live...Cancelled all their investor to invest ...eto pa di kasama sa pangyayari but they are not tired of showing our poor fellow pilipino who are living in squatters area, all news in tv are all about ofw in taiwan..sbrang sama walang kinalaman pero sila kailangan pagbayarin.. Nainis lang ako sa taiwanese na sobrang sama sa mga ofw, same as nakakaawa ang namatayan sana di nalang nya binaril with 52 shots imposible ngang walang tatamaan non...

they are waiting for PNoy siguro to give the apology himself.

They're taking it too far by threatening to the jobs of Filipino workers there. PSG is saying that the fishermen tried ramming one of the BFAR ships so warning shots were fired, which was eventually aimed at the engine to disable it. Unfortunately someone got hit. If the intention is to fire at the crew of the boat, for sure they are all dead right now. I don't think any right minded person would shoot at someone without provocation. So I strongly believe that the coast guard was provoked.

But seriously, a thorough, open and unbiased investigation, with participation from both governments and perhaps a third party (say US?), should first be undertaken before demands are made and considered. This should not be resolved by intimidation and threat of sanctions. 
 
The government of the Philippines has already bended backwards by issuing an informal apology, promising compensation and agreeing to starting talks on a fishery agreement with Taiwan. Is it unreasonable for Taiwan to be asked to wait for the investigation (where it is welcome to participate) to be completed? Why is Taiwan so eager to demonstrate its economic and military supremacy over the Philippines? From being a victim, isn't Taiwan now acting as a bully?

Tough up PCG, don't apologize bawhahahaha. Apology should come from Taiwan from poaching. When chinese intrude into russian waters, they get machine gunned. When chinese intrude into our waters, we kiss their asses.
