I use Bifesta moist eventhough most days I wear just very light makeup. I like this as much as the Bioderma. For some reason, parang maganda ang skin
right after I use Bifesta moist. :)

Sis saan nakakabili nang bifesta moist?

^ Watsons, Beauty by SM, Shopwise, and Landmark.

Currently, I'm using Bifesta Brightup and Lush Ultrabland. The latter is like a cleansing balm. :)

DHC Cleansing Oil is the best one I've tried by far and I've tried Bifesta, HHN, Watson's brand, Shu, Pond's etc.

hi girls! i remove my makeup using a cleanser cream (cold cream from ponds, face shop cleansing cream, etc.). apply a generous amount on my face and eyelids / under eyes and neck. i sometimes give my self a face massage :P and then with a cleansing sponge or baby wipes (unscented) - i wipe off  my makeup. it removes a lot of the junk on your face, then i always follow it up with washing my face with unscented soap. it gets rid of the 20 pounds of makeup i wear every day lol

Have yet to find a remover for waterproof mascara (yung mga tipong kaya magtanggal ng majolica majorca and fairy drops)

I don't use mascara talaga. Kaso, I happen to have 2, and sayang kung di ko gagamitin.

it's probably because i do not find a lot of interesting new makeup products anymore (siguro ang dami ko na rin kasi hehe) that my attention to trying out new brands shifted to makeup removers for the past months. so far, i've tried and finished the following:

SHU UEMURA cleansing oil pink
- effortlessly removes even waterproof eye makeup
- very oily IMO, giving me that "heavy" feeling (i have oily skin to begin with)
- can "cloud" eyes from usage
- needs cotton for application
- needs to be washed off with cleanser (at least for me, some claim they don't)
- available in department stores, Sephora outlets and even online
- could be expensive for most people
- would need an extra container if you want to bring during travels

BIODERMA Sensibio H2O micelle solution
- removes face makeup easily yet needs a lot of product and tugging for removing waterproof makeup
- great for sensitive skin (no itching or breakouts)
- no blurring of eyes after effect
- leaves a weird "after taste" when removing lip makeup
- face feels dry after product applied on face dries up
- needs cotton for application
- no need to wash off with cleanser afterwards (although i still prefer to)
- available in drugstore (Guardian)
- expensive for a drugstore brand
- cap closes tightly and securely which is good for travelling, comes in handy size too

MAYBELLINE make up remover eye & lip
- removes even waterproof eye makeup
- a little oily for my liking
- can "cloud" eyes from usage, although less compared to Shu
- needs cotton for application
- needs to be washed off with cleanser
- widely available in drugstores (Watsons, Guardian, Fairprice)
- cheap
- comes in handy size, good for travelling
- screw on cap does not guarantee product spillage especially when in transit

SIMPLE eye make-up remover
- removes face makeup, struggles with removing waterproof eye makeup
- feels light on the face
- no blurring of eyes after effect
- needs cotton for application
- no need to wash off with cleanser afterwards (although i still prefer to)
- widely available in drugstores (Watsons, Guardian, Unity)
- reasonably priced
- cap closes tightly and securely which is good for travelling
- size is not too small but quite good for travelling

GARNIER Skin Naturals 2 in 1 Make-up remover
- easily removes even waterproof eye makeup
- has the right oil consistency, no oily feeling
- no blurring of eyes after effect
- needs cotton for application
- needs to be washed off with cleanser
- available in drugstores (Watsons, Guardian, Fairprice)
- reasonably priced
- cap closes tightly and securely which is good for travelling although bulky packaging

FANCL cleansing oil
- effortlessly removes even waterproof eye makeup
- has the right oil consistency, no oily feeling
- no blurring of eyes after effect
- no need for cotton to apply, only needs hand and water for rinsing off
- no need to wash off with cleanser afterwards (although i still prefer to)
- available in department stores and outlets
- a bit pricey but worth every penny
- dispenses product in a pump but has a lock that secures it from accidental spillage
- has a one month expiry from opening to ensure freshness of product

my HG makeup remover is Fancl, no contest. however, sometimes i don't easily have access to any major department store or one of their outlets so i rely on drugstores. for that, my heart beats for Garnier's.

i learned that you really have to try out products on your skin as even though a lot of people may like one product/brand, it doesn't mean it will work for your skin or your preference. i also became more curious because i never knew a product is good for me until i actually tried it and sometimes i ignore it previously then like it subsequently.

what's your fave?

HG ko is Phytomer Lift Contour but then I can't access this anymore locally :( Baka anyone knows where I can buy or anything that can serve as a substitute? Parang water lang but it wipes off the even waterproof make up

My HG is still Clinique's Take the Day Off Cleansing Milk. Mas naging soft pa yung skin ko with this. I've used about 4 bottles already. I prefer milk cleansers over others, even over Shu's cleansing oil, which was my previous HG. I wake up super oily pag oil cleanser gamit ko the night before. L'Oreal also has a cheaper cleansing milk, but mas creamy and mas madaming natatanggal na gunk yung Clinique.

^ I want to try that sis :)

Right now I am totally satisfied with Bioderma Sensiobio as makeup remover for my face. For eye makeup I love Neutrogena oil-free eye makeup remover. I am using waterproof mascara from maybelline and it removes everything without tugging.

I use Pond's Cold Cream and VMV Know It Oil to remove make-up. Both are really good naman. I passed by the VMV stall last weekend and saw their make up remover. Parang gusto ko rin i-try. Not sure if this is a new product pero ngayon ko lang nakita  :)
