I am now on my P2D10 and my progress is kinda slow :(. My starting weight was 124lbs and now 118lbs pa lang. Im using contraceptive pills kasi I just got married and next year pa ang plan for baby, Im thinking if the pills affect my progress. Was on pill for a year na rin and the pills caused me bloatedness kaya ang tingin sa akin ang taba ko.  :(

Mga sis pwede ba ang splenda? hindi ako makahanap ng stevia sa local grocery stores..

Plan meal:
am:tea
chicken soup with cauliflower
snack:apple
lunch:coffee
snack:apple

Now 6lbs lighter than original weight..

Ito po mga naluto ko na..
Recipes
Steamed tilapia with broccoli
100g tilapia
100g broccoli
Onion,garlic,ginger
Salt and pepper
Allspice and cayenne pepper (optional)

Mix the seasoning ingredients all together, stuff the cavity of tilapia with half of the mixed seasoning then Rub the tilapia with the other half.
Steam fish and broccoli over boiling water. Broccoli cooks fast so put it on the steamer when the fish is about to finish cooking.
----
Chicken kebab with caulirice
100g chicken breast (deboned, skinless, fatfree)
100g cauliflower (minced)
Garlic,onion
Salt and pepper
Spices of your choice, feel free to experiment
Water

Cut chicken breast into cubes, marinate it with the salt, pepper and spices of your choice. Put the chicken cuts and onion cuts around skewers.cooked skewers on a preheated grill.

Mix cauliflower, onion and garlic and 1/4 cup of water.cooked over low heat until the water evaporates..season with salt and pepper.
Serve.
---
Chicken soup with cauliflower
100g chicken breast
100g cauliflower
Garlic, onion, ginger
Salt and pepper
Spices of your choice
Water

Cube chicken breast, brown chicken cubes into the pan with garlic, onion and ginger. Add water and let it simmer until the chicken is tender.add cauliflower.simmer for another 2min. Serve hot.
---
Beef with mung bean sprout
100g beef (no visible fats, thinly sliced)
Onion,garlic
Salt and pepper
Spices of your choice
100g mung bean sprout
Water

Bring water to boil, put the mung bean sprout and cooked it just right then drain. In a pan, brown beef for about 3-5min put garlic and onion.before the beef dries out add in the mung bean sprout and season it with salt and pepper. Serve.
---
Beef lettuce wrap
100g beef (ground, no visible fat)
100g lettuce
Onion,garlic
Salt and pepper
Spices of your choice
2tbp Salsa or  1 med diced tomato

In a pan, brown beef, garlic and onions. Add salsa or tomatoes before beef dries out.
Wash and drain lettuce. Arrange beef over lettuce and serve.
---
Beef with cabbage
100g beef (ground,no visible fats)
Onion,garlic,salt and pepper
100g cabbage shredded

In a pan, brown beef, garlic and onion. Add in the cabbage before the beef dries out. Serve.

Iyong mga niluluto ko halos parepareho lang timpla pero okey naman lasa hindi nakakasawa.hehe
I weigh my meat and veg before cooking 100g each. Sometimes nagdadagdag ako ng 50g sa veg.
