^ sis, parang i read it somewhere here in the previous threads na parang iba ata yung formulation nung sa gnc, not sure though. personally, i used intermountain hcg drops.

^ ay ganun ba sis? Thanks for the heads up. chii07bits sent me a link kung san sya bumibili ng drops but the thing is idk if that person ships here in the us. Gusto ko sna maglose weight before ko magvacation sa Pilipinas para bonggacious naman ako sa mga swimming plus I look so losyang. My problem areas are my belly and especially my boobs. My boobs is 39inches and gusto ko mabawasan, ang belly ko naman is 36. This is really stressing me out! Thanks sis. I appreciate your response. It helps a lot na may makausap ka.

I just wanna lose 15 pounds. I love high intensity workouts, kaya ko din mag clean diet but lately hindi na effective for me. So last resort ko tong hcg. Naka order na nga ako eh but i will start next week pa bec of my mens. So research muna ako sa net about diet tips etc. Then me nakita ako na 800 calorie diet ang ginamit kesa 500 calories and still effective din. How true? Me nakagawa na ba nito senyo?
@sis tpm225---congrats about your weight loss! 500 calories ba follow mo? Nag sag ba puson mo? I have some loose skin from previous weight loss eh.

^yes sis, i follow the 500 calorie a day.

i cheated thrice this week! so 1 pound back, and .5cm to 1cm dagdag sa measurements. nakakaiyak! i will be strict na ulit sayang ang pinaghihirapan e.

the main reason why I want to lose weight is because we want to have another baby again. But, we are not trying to conceive whilst I am on the program. Ang goal ko kasi is to shed off fats from my previous pregnancy, which was three years ago. Yep, it took me that long to lose it, wala kasing effective na diet/exercise/supplement sa akin noon. Ayoko kasing magpatong-patong ang taba ko from my pregnancies, kaya magpapapayat muna ako. Once I achieved my ideal, and once I am totally done with HCG, that's the time we will ttc.

I am not really looking at the pounds lost, but the measurement lost. Right now, 22 days on phase 2, my waist was down to 28.5 from 32 inches. My pre-marriage size was 27, pre-pregnancy was 28 inches. konting-konti nalang, kaya ko 'to!!
