Thank you for the feedback pinaydiaspora and rowan. I am an imbitado bride so no need to worry pala. Kaya lang I want to rent a smoke machine and led dance floor for my wedding. kaso wala silang ganon and i'm thinking kung sa labas ko pa irerent mapapamahal ako because hindi siya package.

Hence, i am looking for another option aside from rejectkrew.

baka you know some na di sobrang mahal, I asked sensitivity kasi 30k quote nya sakin w/o dance floor pa.

^sis, if you have a florist/stylist booked already, it is best to ask them about their lighting requirements. My stylist required me to have 36 PAR lamps, and 6 moving heads. The moving heads were not really "moving" per se during dinner but I noticed it was stationary but was used to project lighting effects on the draped ceiling. But if you ask me, I would have preferred a bit for mood lighting projected onto the drapes, and perhaps in the reception's entrance/foyer.

Baka kulang yung 16-18 PAR lamps/mood lights based depending on venue size and what your stylist will want to illuminate in the place. (drapes, backdrop, cake, etc.)

I am happy kasi finally meron na kaming lights and sounds supplier and that is HIGH IMPACT. Because of my band's equipment requirements I have to choose someone na pasok sa budget namin which will include all the lights and sounds plus the high end equipments and the crew meal And most of my suppliers recommended them to us. Since wala akong alam regarding sa lights and sounds na gagamitin I asked my fiance na kaming dalawa ang magbusisi ng mga binigay ng quotation sa amin ng different suppliers. It took us 1 week to research and weigh our options, but since maganda ang proposal ni high impact plus included na everything and meal crew na hindi ko na din iisipin pa sila. Also, mabait kausap si mar, who is the owner. Hindi sya basta basta nagbibigay ng price na masasatisfy ang client dahil cheaper and in the end magtataka ka na lang bakit walang ganto, walang ganyan.. He asked me everything about my venue and sobrang mabusisi sya sa questions and turned out mas may alam pa pala sya sa akin sa rules ng venue na nakuha ko, after that he gave me a quotation that will include everything and the crew meal at hindi na ako magdadagdag ng extra charge for the electricity fee ng venue ko. I like him kasi direct to the point sya and he considers my opinion, hindi sya mayabang kausap and he gives his quotation exactly the same day I inquired ACCORDING TO MY VENUE's  needs in short hindi nya ako pinag intay at kahit after a week ko pa sya bago kinuha at nag message ulit ako sa kanya prompt sya sumagot. Aside from that na-compare ko din ang quotation ng ibang suppliers and pareparehas lang ang price na quotation nila sa akin so namili na lang ako sa attitude and professionalism. Just want to add, meron kasi ako nakausap na sa sobrang build up nya sa company nila minamaliit at nalalait na nya ang ibang suppliers to think na dapat hindi naman ganun kasi nasa iisang circle lang naman sila. And i know na magaling din etong supplier na to pero nagtataka lang ako kung bakit hindi sya nirerecommend ng mga co-suppliers nya maybe because of his attitude. Akala ko pa naman ok sya kausap kasi some of our sisters here recommend him but sobrang na turn off si fiance sa pinagsasasabi nya against sa ibang suppliers. That's it mga sis! happy preps! ❤️❤️❤️

^sis, how much ang lights and sounds ni High Impact? Siya din kasi recommended ng coordinator namin, kaya lang i heard sa iba mahal daw?

^mloveg, it depends sis. But mine is 40k included na lahat pati crew meals but he gave me that quotation based on my band's equipment requirements which is 3rd avenue and based on my venue's lighting needs. I also compared it with the quotations that other suppliers' gave to me and same range/amount din naman.

I was so disappointed with sound impact, I waited for 2 weeks for their reply with me since they are out of town. They agreed to waive their rate of 12k to 10k exhibit rate, before they told me that the date of my wedding is available then when everything is ok na and I'm about to deposit for my downpayment they will tell me that my date was already booked na a sudden change of hearts, and here I am now back to zero again... Very unprofessional they should have told me that para di nasayang oras ko.

Prettylove: wow thats a good rate for High Impact since they're a more high end and reputable supplier. what's included in the 40k? How many lights etc? That's pretty good sis, with crew meals pa! =) =)

^Yes sis! I got the confetti blizzard from dragon fireworks. its 8k. hehe but weird lang because they didn't fire a lot of confetti in my 1st dance. They fired SO MUCH during my dance with my dad LOL. They also have single pop, confetti machines for 4k I think with a loud pop, but I would need 2 machines acdg to coordinator.

^You're welcome! =) Actually its not really necessary hehe but since our 1st dance was just swaying and no choreography, we added it to distract people from our bad and boring dancing hahaha It's supposed to last up to 2 mins.

BTW check out this video for other possible indoor special effects. Just be sure to ask your venue which ones are allowed, as some venues do not allow indoor fireworks or smoke machines etc. =)

Girls, do you have a list of the light requirements provided for you on your wedding? My stylist is asking for 36 led lights and 2 moving heads. Eto lang ba talaga need ko? or may other lights na normally provided in the package dapat? I'm afraid kasi that when I inquire, baka they will just quote me what I specified and not include what else I would need.

^stylist just gave me no. of LED par and moving heads needed. The other lights are just follow spot. If your stylist is particular they will specify the mounting type of the led lights. But mine wasn't particular.

I regret lang adding more moving heads as per stylist request because I didn't notice the effect, as it was stationary the most of the time. It's the moving heads that are expensive to rent.

Yup LED and moving heads lang talaga. Hehhe I have several quotations and yun lang yung usual included for lighting-- aside from the mounting (ceiling mounted trusses, or stands etc). I think if you want specialized ones with your monogram (gobo lighting) I think that's another special add-on thing thing. But basic is PAR and moving heads based on the quotations.
