finally, nakabili na ako ng hurom juicer. yung jumpstart juicer na binili ko less 2 months ago, malapit nang masira, buti na lang nakakita na ako ng hurom. juicing non-stop na!

WAAAH. my husband bought this brand for me just three days ago. laos ba, sis? sabi ko na too good to be true ang salestalk e. at ang included sa package.

torn ako. now i'm starting to think i was wrong to think capricious ang matstone or hurom. ewan ko, naobsess na tuloy akong makabili ng good investment kind of juicer that will yield more juice and save me money on veggie and fruit expenses. and one that can juice wheatgrass. tatlo kasi kaming umiinom sa bahay. (do i sound like i'm justifying my urge? lol)

nkakaguilty lang kasi talaga. :-(

Breville, philips or matstone?

after some googling, i've decided that i'm getting a hurom slow juicer should i need a replacement for the jumpstart juicer my husband bought me.

to answer the question ^ definitely it's matstone. but hurom is also a leading brand. actually it's a toss between the two. breville i think is a high speed juicer, in terms of getting the most juice, enzymes and nutrients they say slow juicers are the best. pero kung nagmamadali kang tao and need to get the juicing done as fast as possible, breville will do. sa lahat ng fast juicers tingin ko ito yung pinaka-trusted. and gets the most juice among those who are on "high speed".

agree. i was supposed to get breville, until i realized hindi pala sya slow juicer. so went for hurom instead.

bumigay na yung small kong juicer (forgot the brand) - araw araw kasi naming ginagamit... kailangan ko na gamitin yung breville... kaya lang bibili pa ako ng transformer. Haaay... Sayang yung isa kong transformer na nabili for the former juicer, di na magagamit, ilang buwan pa lang.

naisip ko tuloy ngayon na kung everday talaga gagamitin yung juicer, go for the heavy duty brands... sayang kasi kung bibigay din agad.

Go between hurom or matstone. Both are good. Sila lang din pinagpilian namin ng mom ko. Happy with my hurom sulit kasi ang dali linisin. If namamahalan kayo, icompare niyo na lang if bibili kayo ng individual bottles. Before, i always order from detoxify bar or juju cleanse. Imagine, everyday I shell out 1.6k for 5 bottles of juice. Now, I spend just 1k for a week supply na. And yes, I juice everyday replacing two meals with juices. Baliktad nga lang ako kasi yung dinner ang hindi ko mareplace haha because every dinner lang kami complete ng family. Mas masarap kumain pag kumpleto ang pamilya

agree ako sis @sunsetbeach. by the way anong model ng huro yung sa inyo? is it vertical or horizontal?

kung balak nyong magjuicer for life, in the long run mas makakatipid sa kostas ng veggies and fruits ang slow juicer. kasi yung centrifugal kong juicer ang dami kong gulay na pinasok pero kaunti lang ang nakuha. eh tatlo kaming nagjujuice dito... minsan nga apat pa. sabi ng hurom, 35% more juice daw sila kumpara sa fast juicer. retained pa most of the nutrients and enzymes dahil cold pressed sya.

mahal pa naman ng gulay at prutas ngayon. pero iniisip ko na lang imbes na magfastfood o bumili ng hindi healthy na pagkain, ipambibili ko na lang ng gulay at prutas.

sa totoo lang sobrang tempted ako bumili ng hurom. pero nagtitiis pa ako ng kaunti. baka kasi lumipas yung urge. kasi gumagana pa yung bagong biling jumpstart juicer ng husband ko. siguro after a few months, pwede na kong bumili ng hurom. pag-iipunan ko muna!

mga sis, hindi ba sayang ang fiber pag gumamit ng juicer?

nag order kasi ako sa skinny juicery ng 1day detox.. balak ko sana gayahin para mas tipid.. kaso parang mas ok ata blender ko nalang para mas madaming fiber.

also, meron siyang recipe na chocolate ang lasa. ang sarap!

ang ingredients niya: cocoa, dates, almonds, sea salt. pano kaya kinuha ang juice ng almonds and cocoa?

I think different people, different needs. Some people hindi pwede masyado sa fiber, some cannot tolerate it. The good thing about juicing is mas faster yung absorption nung nutrients. I personally do both blending and juicing. Ngayong summer mas masarap magblender kasi main it 

Almonds, binababad sa water for 1 day. Then i jujuicer mo na or blender. Pag blender kailangan may cheese cloth(?) ka cause kailangan pang pigain. Madaming recipes and directions sa net. (Same with cocoa)

subscribing!  nagtry na din ako magjuicing pero medyo mahal.. meron kaming nutribullet kaso lang minsan dahil sa katamaran di ko rin nagagawa.....kelangan ko na din uli bumalik sa juicing.

one week ago atat na atat na akong bumili ng hurom. may nahanap akong 11k sa lazada, hurom DA1000. good for leafy and non-leafy veggies. kahit wheatgrass kaya. kaso naisip ko huwag na muna...magpigil muna.

last night, binisita ko uli ang lazada, and what do you know- from 11k naging 10450...tapos may promo pa ang lazada for mastercard users, 10% off pa, naging 9k+ na lang! :-) buti na lang naghintay ako! excited na ko :-)

Thanks sis sa post mo, nakapag-upgrade tuloy ako ng juicer. Ang laki ng na-discount ko sa matstone. From 14k, 11.3k na lang kuha ko.

ako from 11500 to 9450, yung HUROM DA 1000. I'm so loving it. gusto ko na syang itabi sa pagtulog <3 (at pwede ha, kasi hindi sya maingay! mas malakas pa humilik husband ko! haha)

will blog about hurom da 100 soon. after i get the Things to Do done!

mas exciting magjuice with a Hurom! (or a Matstone, I'm sure!). tempted na ako to make review here but will restrain myself muna. medyo mahaba habang usapan yan. and with pictures promise!

hi sisses. gusto ko rin sana try ang juicing pero ayoko muna mag invest sa mamahaling juicer. may nakita ako yung parang manual sya na juicer, you have to spin pa the handle for the juice to come out. may nakagamit na po ng ganito sa inyo? mura lang sya, < 1,500 nakita ko lang sa O shopping haha. kasi bukod dito gusto ko rin yung biniblender naman, kailangan kasi magpaka healthy.

^Sis, kesa naman ganon ka-manual ang bilhin mo, get a cheaper juicer na lang like Hanabishi. Mga 1k-1500 lang yon.

^ay talaga sis, meron palang juicer ang hanabishi.. yung mga nakikita ko kasi sa mall 8k and up. salamat sis, hanap ako nyan.

yes sis annamarie, lazada.com.ph yung online store. reputable sya. ako, pareho naman silang okay, nagkakatalo na lang sa presyo.

nagpost ako ng review on hurom sa blog ko :-) mas nakakagana magjuice pag ok ang juicer. di ko alam kung it's all in the mind, pero ganun talaga nararamdaman ko with hurom :-)

tiningnan ko sa  lazada, mas bumaba pa ngayon ang hurom DA 1000. dati 10,450 (10% OFF pag mondays ka bibili using debit or credit card), ngayon 9,999 na lang.

Hi sis! Nabasa ko na blog mo, nice! bat nagdecide ka na DA 1000? Iniisip ko kasi yung HA 100, para vertical.. Pero ano ba talaga diff ng horizontal at vertical? Gusto ko kasi yung makakajuice din ako ng wheatgrass hehe

Dapat pala monday ako titingin.. Nakita ko din kasi fb ng hurom phils eh, gusto ko bumili sa mas makakamura and may freebies.. parang yung sa DA 1000 mo may free pitcher & mga glass hehe
