Hi mga sis, I found this korean brand juicer at S&R, Coway juicepresso ang name. It is also a slow juicer and works like Hurom, pero mas compact ang design. Almost 17k ata.

i love juicing hehe addict na ata ako ang sarap kasi but my juicer kasi is centrifugal, JBL brand. i want to buy hurom. soon... hindi lang ako makahanap sa malls.

Sis, try lazada online, meron pa sila stock.  i checked Shopwise at S&R, wala na daw.

Try matstone low speed juicer, now available at landmark and sm. Based on testimonies, mukhang matibay siya.  I've been using mine for more than a week pa lang, so far okay naman.  Btw, it can do more than juicing.

Breville is not a slow/low speed juicer though yung price range niya hindi nalalayo sa hurom and matstone.

Hurom, matstone, breville are all available at landmark, as in side by side sila.

Hello mga Sis, I finally use my blender and now juicer haha,..mas magastos sa fruits ang juicing pero narinig ko lang sa radio na

juicing has 80 percent nutrients absorption while blending has 65 percent nutrients that we can get. well my problem is yung pag be blend ko. I tried green apple and banana kung banana alone im sure masarap pero when i added banana kasi madakta siya pati yun sumama.. any tip? dapat ba juicing pag banana? how come i always ordered before sa fruitas may banana masarap naman..pls help..

TIA

sis jazzlawyer nung nagjuice cleanse ako, first day okay naman ako, nagplyo pa nga ako fist day din hihi siguro kasi mejo sanay na ako na super diet and clean eating nga :) pwede mo gawin yun ibang kind of juice jab, yung may solid intake pa din :)

So if i want banana, i put my juice sa blender and blend the banana in. Banana kasi is wala naman talaga "juice" yun.

Pero i think blending has 100% of thhe nutrients kasi nilalagay mo naman yung buong fruit unlike sa juicing na pulp which is the fibrous part eh na eextract.

Ako i use both, depende sa mood ko. Sometimes i do smoothie, sometimes juice.

Just remember the proportion is 80% vegetables and 20-30% fruits, madami kasi nag-jujuice na puro fruits lang, ang daming sugar non

Anybody into juicing? Pwede na ba ang blender or does one really have to buy a juicer? Do you take it as your breakfast, lunch or dinner? Please share your juicing recipes. Thanks!

You may use a blender and strain afterwards but the quality of the juice is not going to be as high as the ones produced by low rpm (slow), masticating/double gear juicer. Juices produced by a blender should be consumed ASAP. Juices from slow juicers can last for up to 3 days (sometimes even 7 days) in the coldest spot in the fridge as long as it is kept in an airtight, no-air container.

I only have juice as my main meal whenever I am fasting or cleansing. On a daily basis, I aim to drink super alkalizing green juice on a empty stomach in the morning each day.

Basic Green Juice Recipe

2 ribs celery
1 tablespoon calamansi juice
1 small knob of ginger (the size of a fingernail)
1 small bunch of pechay/cilantro/parsley
Optional: 1 peeled yacon for sweetness

Juice everything. Drink up to the last drop. Make sure the juice is sipped to mix with the saliva before swallowing to aid digestion.

I love juicing! I started the habit after beginning yoga, and so far, ang ganda ng effect sa skin ko. No more breakouts, which is weird kasi I ALWAYS have breakouts. So Yoga + Juicing = healthy body and skin! :)

I use a masticating juicer instead of centrifugal. Masticating kasi mas maganda yung quality nang juice. I also juice vegetables lang. I put 1 piece of apple to slightly sweeten the concoction but as much possible, I avoid fruits since puro sugar yun. Green veggies are better and more nutritious :)

If this is the first time you're trying a detox program, better do the 1-day detox sis :) Try it once a month muna. If you're into weight loss, detoxing will jump start your pagpapayat since it will remove all the bad stuff inside your body.
