^sis congrats super healthy talaga ng juicing! Where did you buy kale? Ang hirap kasi makahanap nito.
Share mo naman recipes mo sis.  :)

To all sissies ano po gamit niyo? Blender or Juicer? I experienced kasi dati sa isang bazaar sa serendra gumamit sila ng blender ang brand is Vitamix, super powerful it can turn your raw veggies and fruits into a smoothie na hindi mo mafeel yung mga pulp. Sabi nga nung nag demo it's a necessity lalo na pag vegan or raw foodist ka, may kamahalan nga lang pero it's an investment. I'm planning to have this sa December, instead of another gadget ito na lang.

I'm crrently on a raw,no meat diet, and I'd like to incorporate juicing regularly sa diet ko.

If you're doing juicing to detox kailangan maeliminate din ang toxins sa body, so do colonics or enemas din to complete the detoxification process.

yelle, mahirap talaga maka hanap ng kale sa MNL kaya hoard ako once makakita. try sm hypermart sis, or salcedo market. ako from organic farmers talaga kumukuha pero may membership kasi doon - yung kale minsan meron, minsan wala. pag uwi ako hk or china, i buy chinese kale.

before workout or going to work:
carrots
kale
beet with green leaves
ginger root
1 lemon
garlic clove

for cool down:
parsley
chard or collards (meron sa Rustan's)
carrots
2 sticks celery
small beet with leaves
1 lemon

yan lang muna share ko, yung iba secret ko na kasi balak ko pagkakitaan in the future. hehe!

Use juicer sis, not blender kasi mag ka iba yata yon (correct me if i'm wrong mga experts). I use a masticating juicer - Hurom HF-SBF06 Low Speed Slow Squeezing Silent Masticating Juicer Extractor
http://www.gooddigitalshop.com/hurom-hf-sbf06-low-speed-slow-squeezing-silent-masticating-juicer-extractor.html

basta don't put too much fruits kasi taas sugar yon in some ways eh defeats purpose of juicing. google niyo nalang fruits with lowest sugar. i know that having too much fructose doesn't need to be a concern of yours IF; 1. if you have active lifestly naman, 2. no diabetes, 3. trying to lose some more weight - yung nasa plateau ka ng weightloss.

Question lang. :) Kapag ba na-ref yung carrot cucumber juice ilang hours lang dapat and pwed. kasi pag jinu-juicer ko sila, minsan may excess, di ko matancha yung isang baso. Tulad kanina. uminom ako around 6am tas yung natira linagay ko sa ref then ininom ko siya around 1pm na. okay lang ba yun? or wala ng nutrients yon? thanks! :D

^sis mas ok kung ma-consume mo agad. If not, just store it in an air tight container preferably glass or opaque at importante na hindi siya ma-expose sa light and consume it within 8hrs.

^^thanks for sharing your recipes sis. ;D I read mas ok daw yung low speed compared to high speed juicers.

Ako naman when I juice or blend, 50/50 maximum na yung 50% fruits and lots of green veggies. I'm on a raw food diet for 2 mos. already and so far ang daming magandang naidulot sa body ko. Super happy! ;D Kahapon I bought Philips blender yung may smoothie feature naka 50% off almosk 10k siya dati.

Recipe tonight: using my newly bought blender

Bokchoy
1/2 cucumber
1/2 slice of orange
1/4 slice of mango
100ml water

yum!

^depende yan sa how you want your juice to be sis.. if you want your juice to have the fiber and pulps, blender ang gamitin mo..but if you are after the juice lang mismo, then juicer is the way to go.. I am using Hurom for my juicing but you can google for other brands :)

^hi sis nicolle.. ang pagkaintindi ko ay mas na a- absorb ng katawan natin ang nutrients ng veggies and fruits in the form of pure juice while yun smoothies na made from the blender, since the juice still retains the fibers and whatnot from the fruits and veggies, I am assuming it will aid in better digestion.

^^^hi sis pamdiaz.. I agree mahal siya as compared to the ordinary juicer..but slow juicer like Hurom (or other brands) is supposed to save the fruit and veggie enzymes from 'dying' so we still get the nutrients of the fruits and veggies..In short, hindi nasayang ang effort, money and time natin. While if we drink juice made from machine that uses high speed which destroys the enzyme in the process, then we won't get the nutrients we are after..yun ang pagkaintindi ko ha?

Before kasi salad lang lagi kong dinner, nagsawa ako.

I'm a meat person and I rarely take fruits and veggies. When I do eat veggies, oily sya or overcooked so wala nang nutrients..so nonsense din yung pag-kain ko  ;D. Tapos naisip ko since I like eating but I don’t like eating veggies and fruits pwedeng gawin ko na lang shake para madaling i-consume dahil in liquid form. Nauso yung shake and take kaya ko naisip yung shake/ smoothie method. From there I started researching kaya ko natutunan yung juicing and blending.

I haven’t started yet, wala pa kong juicer eh. ;D I'm planning on buying the Omega VRT, yung latest model nila kaso mahal. Ipon muna ko kasi I want to buy 2, for myself and for my family sa pinas. Available kaya ang Omega sa Pinas?  :)

I tried juicing yesterday. :P
