on my 6th day of juicing veggies. i noticed that my skin became radiant and no more constipation hihi. i believe mas potent siya than any other supplement kase it's fresh talaga. i usually mix carrots, ginger, celery, calamansi. doesn't sound good but you just get used to it. the main benefit of it is for detox. plus once a week i will try to have a glass of plain ampalaya para blood purifier. i promised to do this for 30 days. just wanna feel how it feels to be clean and healthy!  ;)

Btw, yung mga bumbilya shaped bottles ni Ellen ay from Juice Jab yun hehe napansin ko ginaya din niya yung recipe ng juice jab hehe. So yun tweak mo nalang according to your liking.

There is a sale of Philips Juice extractor for 1,850 from 3K+. Then there is also a Philips Juicer for
6K nalang from 12K. They look the same, yun lang medyo elegant and sturdy yung latter.

Confused lang sa juice extractor at Juicer? :D

My mom and I juice din. We call it pito-pito kasi combination ng 7 fruits or veggies.
We tried combining 7 of these: (3 fruits and 4 veggies)
Melon - half a melon palagi. pampasarap sya
Green Apple - pinapatakan lang ng calamansi para hindi maging brown
Ampalaya
Banana - we use a blender for this kasi starchy
Papaya - sa blender din ata ito
Ginger
Spinach
Carrots
Guyabano

Masarap naman lagi kaso hassle maglinis ng juicer and blender.

hindi ko rin naman  magawa gawa ang master cleanse kasi para napaka-intense nun sa akin..  ;D
sana maging successful na tong juicing.  ;)

Hi mga sis, you can check this out -- https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=639529522729696 and
http://lifestyle.inquirer.net/105489/how-juicing-saved-his-life  --- talagang dapat pala everyday or kung talagang gusto mo ng maging healthy all the way...reset daw dapat yung buong system natin. Nag juice sya for 2 months! No meat, no preservatives, no processed food...all juice! Ang galing! I will try this soon! ahh kahit 1 month lang muna siguro hehe

Does anybody know where to find KALE? very effective daw to na veggie madaming nutrients at better daw ijuice to? --- i read it here kasi --https://www.facebook.com/VegetableJuicing?fref=ts

I want to save up on a better juicer. I've made my researched and so far okay daw yung Hurom slow juicer and Matstone slow juicer din, mas nakukuha lahat ng juice from fruits and veggies, even nuts! Medyo may kamahalan lang nasa 15k yung Hurom  :-\  Ang juicer ko ngayon is yung Dowell lang, okay naman, pero makikita nga yung difference with the slow juicer. medyo madami palang nasasayang.

juicing is a great way to get all the vit and mineral you will need sa fruits and veggies. mom ng bf ko does this everyday, twice a day, madami siyang hinahalo eh, mayroon, celery, malungay green apple, amapalaya etc.... di ko na maremember kung ano ano yung hinahalo niya, basta habang kinukuwento niya nandidiri ako hehe

Ito yung good news, Last year she is diagnose with breast cancer, at first kaya lang siya nag juice kasi mas magaan daw ang pakiramadam, that is her main reason, hindi dahil sa gusto niyang magpapayat ( Actually if makikita mo yung body niya, grabe ang ingit ko, mas maganda pa yung] body shape niya compare sa anak niya. and ang ganda ganda ng balat niya.)  but the best part  noong nag pa check up siya last week laking gulat na lang niya even the doctor, kasi yung ibang cancer cell nawala ( di na madetect ng computer), then yung isang pinakamalaking bukol, nag reduce ng more than half ng original ssize ( honestly di ko magets yung ibang mga sinasabi niya regaring sa cancer na yan, basta ang alam ko, she gets better since she start juicing)

by the way, I'm not saying na nakakagaling ito ng cancer ah, but i believe juicing your veggies and fruits can help, Kasi kahit papano in juicing mas maraming kang nacoconsume compare sa kinakain mo siya, especially sa veggies, but in my opinion mas maganda pa rin na kainin ang fruits mo kay sa ijuice

I agree with this..I have 2 church mate meron detecting into breast cancer at yung isa may issue sa matres nag juice sya for 6 month and then nagulat din mga doctor kc nawala na daw yun sa kanya about tungkol dun sa mga canceer cells.

juicing is one of the best of the best you can do for your health...sabi nila nakaka gain weight..but the sugar on it is the health sugar hindi gaya ng chemical sugar na makukuha sa soda, white refine sugar , candy etc at mga food preservative..in study in a long run nakaka lose talaga sya ng weight ..ang pag lose mo naman ng weight dito hindi fast eh..ang dami ko kayang kilala na nga ju juice mga more than 25 sila kc dito sa US uso ang juicing in demand lahat naman sila slim at walang matataba ..yung iba mataba pumayat kc when you juice kc mapipilitan kang kumain ng mga veggies at fruits instead of meat kc maiiba na din ang taste bud mo eh hahanapin mo na yung lasa ng veggies at fruits at isa na ako dun..I am now juicing every morning as my substitute for breaskfast ang juicing for 1 month na as of now..and I really love meat talaga pero nawala yun sa taste bud ko parang hinahanap ko yung mga ginisang gulay or salad , enselada ampalaya yan mga hinahanap ng tastebud ko ..nawala sa akin yung mahilig ako sa ice cream, mga chicken adobo na yan pork menudo nawala na yan mga softdrink din mas prepared ko ang smoothies yun sarap na sarap ako dun ngayon. kaya for me and the rest of I know na nag ju juice I believe na kaka lose sya ng weight..hind nga lang mabilis it takes long months and healthy living..
mas safe it compared sa mga crash diet na after in stop mo naka attemp ka kumain ng masarap you can't stop na...and my tips for juicing.. according to vegetarian raffy villanueva  use 2 kinds of veggies like carrot and beets and 2 kinds of fruits like apple and pear for juicing..why: para daw sa mga hindi sanay mag juice di kayo mag shake or manginig ang katawan which is normal kc nag de detoxify ang body at hidi manilaw ang skin ..don't juice pure carrots lang ( makes your skin yellow )or apple lang..mix it so mas effective daw kc ang mix  ng 2 veggies and 2 fruits so all in all 4 kinds ang i juice everyday in 1 take.

pahabol pala..according sa mga books at web search na mga nababasa ko the best you can drink juice daw is every morning in an empty stomach then wait 4-5 hrs bago kayo mag meal . and don't use juicing for a substitute for a meal lalo na kung hindi kayo sanay..don't get follow those people na ang juicing lang food nila kc we are not vegetarian in or daily lives ..vegetarian can follow this regimen juicing as there meal the whole day kc sanay sila na veggies lang kinakain no meat no dairy and no rice for a long year.

and also if you want to loss weight eat small lang for lunch and dinner.. 1 cup rice and vegetables ..wala ng snack in between, substitute snack fruits nalang..nabasa ko sa books ko  " doesn't mean youre eating healthy food will you loss weight if you eat plenty of it".- dr. norman walker

tips for juicng green leaves like kale, spinach, mix baby leaves , parsley etc..1 cup to handful is recommended.. put them first on juicer ( as you will notice nothing will come out on the juicer when you them or it is very little ) then you followed it with cucumber or celery to push the leaves outside the juicer and to wash the blades.
